If we didnt know Durga's target was Dev in this track. She wanted to ensure he is kicked out of Goenka mansion by her love triangle. However it has not gone the way she wanted is another thing. But lot of things have happened in background.

Are you sure Shruthi ?? Today Durga discovered Dev loves Nitya. Then the shooting and the tension of will he live or will he go into a coma or will he ever walk again.😆

This is after all an Indian serial.

O.K Shruthi I will follow your advise and try to buy some patience from somewhere and

see if Durga will get her Gumption back to start bringing down her enemies.

I mean, she always cared for him. But knowing that he also had feelings for her makes it easier for her to trust him and then, yes she will be better able to punish the people involved as she won't feel like he intentionally betrayed her and her family. She will definitely get to know about it, otherwise the cvs wouldn't have thrown in the scene where Dev loses his locket and goes after it instead of going for the X-ray. We are starting to see the wall of ice melting where he is concerned. He won't be just some guy she is using to get back at Shourya.

It will be a lot less baggage for her to carry knowing that her best friend didn't turn against her, that they were both perhaps tricked by the same person.

The fact that her dad likes him is in his favor.
