Yes, She'll hide this from Vithal. Because no one can trust her as she always hide something from her hubby. Isn't she ashamed of herself? Her hubby loves her so much and that dumbo is always ready to break his heart. Sometimes, Vitthal gets to know the truth from others, That's really sad. 🤢
