why is Kshtiji set free??!!!

to me, this is an outrage!!! how can he be set free? ok, out on bail, agreed, but he CAN NOT be a free man yet until he goes through a trial, and depending on his sentencing, only then will he be able to set free. now you all may wonder, what is this crime i speak of... well, the crime is setting an accused convict (Bhav) free when he clearly knew that he was the one who attempted to murder Saras, therefore letting a possible threat to society loose free... no matter what Kshtiji's intentions were, the law still can't overlook the fact that he let an accused convict loose free. also, he should be charged with purgery and abstruction of justice for lying to the court about him being the one setting Saras on fire. so until he's faced with all these charges, and tried in a fair trial, and serving his sentence, will only then he be able to be a free man.

Yes, you are right technically speaking, he should be paying some sort of fine or something. But, this is a show abt Betiyaan, not abt law... so I dont think they'd go into that much detail. When you look at it, Betiyaan's shown all this much more realistically than any other show ever wud, I'm pretty impressed how they go into that much detail.

But that got me thinking, there was a blooper in today's episode. They said he was leaving on bail, and the next scene he said he was leaving town. And that wud be the last thing u do when you are out on bail.

So practically speaking from the TV serial point of view, they've shown as much reality as they could. But they did make a mistake saying he was leaving on 'bail'.

that's why i said it's an "outrage", i know this is a show about betiyans, but still, this is such a HUGE factor, that relates to the eldest daughter. by letting Bhav set free, Kshtiji has done GREAT injustice to Saras. look at all the pain she had to suffer through for trying to prove Bhav is guilty cause kshtiji set him free: be ridiculed by the society, having to even live with the very person she despises so much, and even going through mental and emotional trauma constantly, and so much more... this isn't to be taken lightly... i know it's a show, but a matter as big such as this, should a NOT be overlooked. and it isn't as easy as just paying off some fine, like you said. Kshtiji has done a serious crime, and can face 5-10 years of jail time if found guilty (which i'm sure he will if the show's realistic enough to show him going through a trial).

Thats all very true, but the way they've shown this situation is much much much more realistic and detailed than any other shows I've seen. Both Surya and Saras have forgiven him because they believe that he did what he did for Saras's good. So yes, in real life, this matter shud not be overlooked. But in a daily soap they need to move on instead of focusing on this issue...

It's good he's set free, because he really didn't harm Saras in Ahmenbad 😉

He was sentenced to jail for starting the fire at Bhavishays house. I mean yuvraj convinced him to take the blame for saras's izzat's sake.

But now everyone knows that Bhavishay started it. So kshits is proven innocent and is set free.
