So the court case takes the route of proving Shagun is the culprit who was responsible fir the accident

Of course to Adi it looks my mumma is sooo Mahan she is taking the hit for me...he has always had that partiality towards his stupid mumma! So In order for Adi to see what his mum is like I.e USER, SELFISH and only cares about herself, maybe this can happen. At the critical juncture where Ishu's lawyer is going to prove that Shaguni was responsible, Shaguni jumps up and screams I was not responsible it was Adi!

That will break the belief that Ramsn and everyone has that she is protecting Adi, it will BREAK adi's belies that his mother can't do wrong.

And there can be a case for Raman and Ishita to win the custody of Adi! Hopefully they can be in agreement over this fact that Adi cannot be with Shagun. Raman and Ishu can agree on this even when Ishu is upset with her Ravan kumar. Shows complete understanding of each other.
