I know there is a Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi and something called Bhojpuri industry. Not sure what the Bhojpuri language is or where it is spoken.
I know Konkana Sen Sharma's mom in big in Bengali and Satyajit Ray of course. I've heard of Surveen in Punjabi because of this board 😳 and know Ritesh Deshmukh does some Marathi stuff.
I have absolutely no clue and would like to know more about non-South regional cinema. Anything really...so basic info even would be appreciated.
