Part-5

Ishita goes to Ruhi and engages herself totally into Ruhi by playing with her or talking to her.

Raman comes near them. He tells Ruhi- "Ruhi, tumhari Ishima se kaho ki tumhare papa bore ho rahe hai."

Ishita gives her reply through Ruhi- "Ruhi, aap papa se bolo ki wo ghar waapis ja sakte hai. Ishima aur Ruhi 2din baad aajayenge."

Raman clenches his teeth and thinks- ek to main isko manane ki koshish kar raha hu aur ye baat baat pe jaane ko kehti hai. Jhansi ki Rani! Theek hai, main bhi dekhta hu kab tak tum iss ravan kumar se door kaise rehti ho.

Ruhi shouts at both of them to stop fighting. "Mujhe aap dono ke saath yahan holiday spend karna hai. So no fighting, ok? Ek doosre se haath milao and say sorry! Abhi!" ordered their lil angel.

They had no choice but listen to their princess. Raman took out the rose he got for her at the airport. He gave it to her and said "Ye Ruhi aur mere taraf se- a rose for another rose" as he winked.

Ishita's eyes widened at that statement and his look. She looked at Ruhi and knew she can't say him anything so he silently accepted it. Ruhi clapped and jumped around in happiness seing her parents together.

Ishita took Ruhi to the play area which had lot of soft toys and rides for kids. Raman too joined them. They both played with Ruhi and after sometime, as Ruhi was playing with other kids, Raman took Ishita to a corner.

He said "Ishita, mujhe tumse kuch kehna hai" Ishita awaited for him to speak. He came near her, close enough that they could feel each other's breath. She got tensed seeing him come more closer and closed her eyes tightly. He slowly whispered near her ear "bhook lag rahi hai... Dinner karein?" and stepped back giving her space to breathe. She opened her eyes with confused expressions. "Kya!" was all that she could let out.

He gave a naughty smile looking at her face as she assumed he was getting romantic with her. She cursed him in tamil and said "Aap yahan sirf khaana khane ke liye aaye ho kya? Bhukkad Kumar!"

He was happy to get her back to his Jhansi ki Rani mode- which makes him easier to deal with her as well as he loves to tease her.That was their kindof romance!

He tried to act like the usual akdoo RKB and said "Ofcourse! Tumhe manane ke chakkar me mujhe kitni energy lagti hai pata bhi hai tumhe? Ab kya khaana peena bhi chod dun kya tumhare chakkar me?"

Ishita almost grabbed his neck to strangulate when he gave his killer smile. She left from there to get Ruhi. She thought- ek to mera vishwas thod diya, itna hurt kiya...upar se yahan aake aur irritate kar rahe hai. Ye koi tareeka hua biwi ko manane ka?Ravan kumar kahinka!- she cursed him as she took Ruhi and marched towards their room.

Once back in room, Raman calls at reception and orders the dinner to their room. He orders all veg items that too south indian which Ishita likes. Ruhi and Ishita hear Raman as he tells the receptionist - "order theek se sun liya na? koi gadbad nahi honi chahiye. Ye sab meri biwi ke fave dishes hai. Aur haan jaldhi bhej dena room me." As he looks at Ishita to make sure she was hearing him. Ruhi & Ishita look at each other in surprise as Raman doesn't like south indian dishes yet he ordered for her.

Ruhi asks him "papa, par aapne to kuch order nahi kiya apne liye? Aapko to south indian kahana pasand nahi haina?" Ishita too says "Ruhi is right, aap kuch aur mangwa lo yahan north indian bhi milta hai."

Raman says "Ruhi, aapko pata hai, aaj kal papa ko bhi wahi sab pasand aata hai jo aapki ishima ke fave hai." Ishita tried to hide her smile by looking away but Raman knew he was hitting at the right spot.

By the time food arrived, Ishita changed Ruhi into her night clothes. Ishita was feeding soup to Ruhi. Raman pretended to shout in pain saying "aah! Soup bahut garam tha...muh jalgaya!" Ishita rushed to him and made him drink water while inspecting if he got burns. As she closely looked at his mouth, he suddenly forgot that he was acting as he felt the delicate touch of her fingers caressing near the corner of his lips.

She realised she was too close to him when she looked up to his eyes asking is its still burning? she quickly moved back to her seat as he said he's fine. Ruhi was giggling seeing them embarrassed.

Ruhi told Ishita- "Ishima, aap papa ko bhi soup thanda karke pilao na jaise mujhe pilate ho."

Ishita said "aapke papa chote baby nahi hai Ruhi. Wo khud karlenge. Tum jaldi jaldi soup finish karo. Fir khana bhi khaana hai na."

Raman took his chance and said "Ruhi, lagta hai aapki Ishima aapke papa se pyaar hi nahi karti. Dekho tumhare kehne pe bhi soup nahi pila rahi hai." He pretended to be dejected. Ishita told to herself- kitna bada nautanki hai!

Ruhi defended saying "Haww Papa! Ishima aapse bahut love karti hai. [turned to Ishita and said] Ishima, aap papa ko pilao soup."

Ishita clenched her teeth looking at him. She had no choice but to feed him. He gave a victorious smile as she stretched out her hand holding the soup in a spoon.

After finishing the dinner, Ishita made Ruhi to sleep as Raman stood in the hotel room's balcony lost in his thoughts. Ishita noticed him standing alone but she didn't want to talk to him at the moment. She sat at the study table and was preparing her presentation for next day's conference.

Raman saw her busy in her work so he dozed off to sleep beside Ruhi not wanting to disturb Ishita.

Next morning, as Ishita left for the conference, Raman decided to surprise her so he ordered for loads of balloons and decorative stuff in the room. Ruhi asked him "papa, ye sab kis liye? Kisi ka bday hai?"

Raman tells her "Nahi beta, aapke papa na bahut bade buddhu hai. Aapki ishima mujhse naraaz hai kyunki maine unse ek baat chupayi thi. Isiliye papa aapke ishima ko mana rahe hai."

Ruhi exclaims "Oh to ye baat hai! Kya papa, aap humesha meri ishima ko kyun naraaz karte ho? Wo kitni achi hai. Wo aapse kitna love karti hai."

Raman knew his daughter was always right just like his wife. He admitted "Jaanta hu beta. But iss baar sacchi me papa ko realize hua ki aapki ishima world me sabse best hai. Lakhon me ek pari jaise. Aur papa promise karte hai ki ab kabhi wo ishima ko hurt nahi karenge."

Ruhi kisses him and says "don't worry papa, ishima bahut achi hai. Wo maan jayegi."

He hugs her and together they decorate the room with colorful ribbons and heart shaped white and red balloons.

Evening when Ishita returns to the room, she finds it dark. As she switched on the lights, she was surprised to see the beautifully decorated room with balloons and ribbons. There was a big banner which read "SORRY ISHITA". Ruhi ran to her hugging and screaming "Surprize IShima".

Ishita still pleasantly shocked, looked around to find Raman but he wasn't seen anywhere.

She asked Ruhi "Ye sab kya hai Ruhi? Aur aapke papa kahan hai?" Ruhi said- "ye papa ka surprise hai Ishima aapko manane ke liye."

Raman appeared infront of her, holding his ears cutely and saying "Ishita, I'm sorry. Kaan pakadkar"

Ishita couldn't help but smile looking at him- CEO Raman kumar Bhalla was holding his ears like a small kid and asking for forgiveness.

Raman was happy to see the smile back on her lips. He said "Tum haste hue bahut pyaari lagti ho Ishita. Tumhare in aakhon me aansu mujhe bilkul pasand nahi hai."

IShita lowered her eyes to hide her blush but it didn't go unnoticed by him.

Ruhi interrupted them asking Ishita -"ab to aap papa se naraaz nahi ho na ishima? Papa subah se kitna effort kar rahe the decorate karne me pata hai."

Ishita looked at Raman who did seem to be tired working since morning to surprise her. She told them to get ready and they will go to Marina beach which is famous in Chennai. Ruhi is excited as she never went to a beach before.

All 3 of them had a good time at the beach. Ruhi and ishita made sand castles as Raman sat on the sand and looked with content at the 2 most important angels in his life- his daughter who taught him the meaning of love and his wife- who taught him how to love.

They later went to a restaurant for dinner and came back to their room with Ruhi already slept on the way. Ishita carried Ruhi, changed her clothes and put her to bed. Raman sat next to Ruhi on the other end of the bed. As ishita got up from bed to change her dress, she felt someone tugging her saree pallu. Thinking it to be Ruhi, as she always holds Ishita's pallu in sleep, Ishita smiled turning back at Ruhi when she noticed it was Raman holding onto her pallu.

She stared at him as he let go of her pallu and walked upto her. He held her hand and looked into her eyes saying "Thank you Ishita."

She asked "Kisliye?"

Raman- "Kisliye? Sach bataun to, iska jawab mushkil hai."

She looked on confused. He continued " Jab meri aur shagun ki shaadi hui thi, mere dil me sirf aur sirf pyaar tha. Uske aur adi ke liye mai kuch bhi karne ko tayyar tha. Fir jab usne mujhe dhoka diya aur mere hi bete ko mere khilaaf bhadkaya, main usi waqt mar gaya tha. Zindagi kaat raha tha magar jeena bhool gaya. Fir tum aayi meri life me. Aur tumne mujhe ek baap hone ka ehsaas dilaya. Ruhi ke liye mere dil me jo pyaar kahin kho gaya tha, tumne uss pyaar ko jagaya. Mujhe meri beti milgayi. Aur mujhe ek patthar se insaan banaya. Maine har waqt tumhe sirf aur sirf dard diya lekin tumne badle me sirf pyaar diya hai. Tumne mujhpe bharosa kiya aur maine use ek hi jhatke me thod diya."

Ishita had tears in her eyes. Raman wiped her tears saying "Inn aansuon ki wajah bhi main hi hu Ishita. Jaanta hu accident wali baat chupake maine bahut badi galti ki hai. Tum meri biwi ho aur tumhe pura haq hai hare k cheez janne ka jo mujhse reated hai. I won't justify myself ki maine Adi ke liye kiya hai to meri galti ko maaf kardo tum. Lekin itna kahunga ki jitna dard main tumhe de raha tha, use zyaada mujhe takleef ho rahi thi IShita"

Ishita looked into his eyes and she could see the truth in them. She knew it wasn't easy for him either.

He had tears flowing down his eyes as he said "Shagun to kabhi meri thi hi nahi Ishita. Mujhe laga ki jo humare beech tha wo sacha pyaar tha. Lekin wo sab sirf attraction tha. Saccha pyaar kya hota hai ye mujhe ab samajh aa raha hai. Aur main wada karta hu Ishita, zindagi bhar mai tumhara bharosa kabhi nahi thodunga."

Ishita kept her hand over his and smiled at him. " Jaanti hu ki aapko bhi bahut mushkil hui hogi. Lekin Raman, ek baar bharosa toot jata hai to fir use judne me waqt lagta hai. Aur agar jud bhi jaye to daraare reh jati hai."

Raman knew he can't earn her trust back so easily. He said "Ishita, main apni poori zindagi laga dunga tumhara bharosa paane me. Tum chahe mujhpe gussa karo, daanto, lecture do...kuch bhi sazaa do, mujhe manzoor hai. Lekin kya main sirf ek promise maang sakta hu?"

Ishita asked -"Promise? Kis baat ka?"

Raman held her hand tightly and said- "Just promise me ki tum mujhe chod ke kabhi door nahi jaogi Ishita? Main kuch bhi bardaasht kar sakta hu lekin tumse door hona mujhe manzoor nahi hai. Jaise tumhare bina Ruhi adhoori hai, waise hi tumhare bina main bhi adhoora hu. Mujhe aur Ruhi ko tum kabhi chodke nahi jaogi na?"

Ishita smiled through her tears as she said "Ruhi promise. Main aap dono ko kabhi ek pal ke liye bhi nahi chodke jaungi. Aap dono hi to meri choti si duniya ho. Aur aap ki wajah se ma Ruhi ki ma bani, jo khushi mujhe kabhi naseeb na hoti"

He kept his finger on her lips and said "shhh... Aur tum ye kyun bhool jaati ho ki tum sirf Ruhi ki maa nahi meri biwi bhi ho. Got that Mrs.Bhalla?" he winked.

She blushed a little as she said "shaadi to sirf Ruhi ke liye..." he cuts her off saying " Ruhi ke liye THA... Ab NAHIN. Samajh me aayi baat?" as he freed her hands from his hold.

He then asked "So, kya verdict hai madam? Aapka mujrim aapke saamne khada hai. Kya sazaa hai meri pyaari biwi ko rulaane ka?"

She smiled and said- "Itni jaldi bhi kya hai...abhi to puri zindagi padi hai sazaa kaatne ko"

He replied in his usual style- "Kal ke newspaper me ayega...ek CEO hua apni patni ke pyaar me Shaheed"

Ishita laughed at that. She told him him- "chalo ab so jao. Kal last day hai aur kal party hai. To aap aur ruhi bhi mere saath chalenge." He agreed to that happily.

She suddenly rememberd about the accident case and asked him -"toh kya socha aapne case ke baare mein?"

His face turned pale as he tried to hide his pain and said- "bahut soch liya ab karne ki baari hai. Jo bhi galtiyan maine ki hai use main khud sudharunga. Adi ne accident kiya hai to saza to milegi hi."

Ishita held his hand and said- "Adi pe koi case nahi hoga Raman. Wo to bachcha hai. Galti shagun kit hi jisne use gaadi chalane diya. Hum case zaroor karenge but Adi ke custody ke liye. Lekin, meri ek shart hai"

Raman was pleased at her that she wouldn't let Adi go to jail. He asked "thank you Ishita. Mujhe tumhari har shart manzoor hai. Tum nahi jaanti ki tumne mere liye kya kiya hai. Zindagi bhar ke liye main tumhara ehsaan nahi bhoolunga."

Ishita replied- "Raman, main ye aapke khushi ke liye aur Adi ki future ko dhyaan me rakhte hue kar rahi hu. Apnon ke liye agar hum kuch karte hai to wo ehsaan nahi hota. Khair, meri shart ye hai ki Adi aur shagun ko humare dono families ke saamne meri amma aur appa se maafi maangni padegi aur sach bolna padega ki usne ye sab kiya hai."

Raman agrees and says "wada karta hu ishita, main un dono se maafi mangawunga sabke saamne. au main khud sabse maafi maangunga meri galti ke liye."

He thanks her once again and they both retire to sleep.

Lovely update yar! You link the scenes, emotions and characters very well. Loved Ruhi being the bridge between RKB and Ishu. The scene RKB being his normal akadoo self was a relief to read! Thanks

nice.I likes ishra n ruhi scene where ryhi says her ishima loves him.Awww!it was cute.Most favorite dailogue of mine" Main kuch bhi bardaasht kar sakta hu lekin tumse door hona mujhe manzoor nahi hai. Jaise tumhare bina Ruhi adhoori hai, waise hi tumhare bina main bhi adhoora hu. Mujhe aur Ruhi ko tum kabhi chodke nahi jaogi na?"
