Ishita got two clues about this accident which is so meaningful to her in searching the culprit...
1st Ruhi said that the car belongs to Aditya then she never thinks over it again...

2nd today Mihika ran to her clinic all tired, but when she told her the truth instead of pondering on it, she overconfidently avoid everything and was hell bent on proving to be wrong in overhearing the conversation of Pathak with Raman...

Why is she ignoring everyone words so much?

I think she ignored it first time cos Raman yelled at Ruhi. I would say she kind of got distracted cos of Raman's anger.

I think she still thinks param did it so she is not doubting shagun or adi..adi is a kid so she wont even doubt on him bt she will be shattered wen she knws..plus she has full faith in raman that he is still searchin the real culprit so she is little chilled out!!
