why should she adopt her own daughter 😆
Already the court has appointed ishita as Ruhi's mother.

Ru legally belongs to Ishu only as the judge gave the custody to ishu and not the Bhallas or Raman...legally ishu is ru's mother...

Judge gave her the custody of Ruhi by saying "her mother". Besides She is Mrs.Raman Bhalla now. So, legally and socially only Ishita is Ruhi's mother.

Ishita is her mother but legally shagun must sign docments or be dead for ishita to adopt ruhi. As of now ishita has ruhi custody only because Raman and her got married.
