On the 11th day, Duryodhan breaks down on seeing his 20 brothers die at the hands of Bheem. He vows to kill Abhimanyu in front of Pandavas in a similar way.

So, "Kill Abhimanyu" is pre-planned...was it in the epic as well?
Plan to kill Abhi "in front of Pandavas" - in other words, the Pandavas will just helplessly watch him get killed đ€

On the 12th day of war, bheem goes on to kill 30 more kaurav brothers while Drupad blocks duryodhan. Karn challenges Abhimanyu and they fire arrows at each other. By the end of the day, Karn gets overwhelmed on seeing Abhimanyu's valour and his hands shake on the thought of killing his nephew and the sun sets. Sensing that karn might fail the other day too, Shakuni gets Jaydrath and he informs all that Jaydrath has got a boon from Shiva that can obstruct the pandavas.

On the 13th day, Arjun and Krishna have to leave for Virat nagar to tackle the sena of Susharma and the rest proceed for battlefield, where it is revealed that Dron has formed a chakravyuh. Since Arjun is nowhere present, Abhimanyu decides to enter the chakravyuh and break it. Other pandavas decide to follow him since none of them knew how to break in and come out later. Meanwhile Draupadi spots Abhimanyu's raksha kawach (good luck charm) gifted by draupadi, fallen on ground and a doctor reveals that Abhimanyu's wife Uttara is pregnant. Before the news reaches Abhimanyu, he enters the chakravyuh and Jaydrath enters to block the others. Thus Abhimanyu is left alone in the chakravyuh and Duryodhan, Dushasan and Ashwathama charge at him all together.

Abhi's raksha kavach falls on Day 13, Uttara revealed to be pregnant on Day 13 - soap, soap, soap!!
"Before the news reaches Abhimanyu, he enters the chakravyuh..." - so pregnancy news can actually be delivered in the middle of the battlefield while the hubby is busy fighting?? đ
So, Abhi won't be facing 7...or will he?
