I don't remember too well but I think it was Abhishek.

None. I didn't really care about any of the recent ones and I was too young to care about Hrithik and Abhishek 😆

1. Hrithik - coz of his dance moves in ek pal ka jeena, long time after KHANS another good looking guy 2 debut.

2. Abhishek - Ppl were very much excited for him, expecting him 2 excel more than his father, they ended up comparing him with Big B & just rejecting him on that basis.

3. Ranbir - Grand Debut... but poor film.

4. After years, Now - TIGER SHROFF - debut was keenly anticipated n ppl were excited to see him on screen, worth wait, now a Star is here, they appreciated him.

All 4 debuts were having their father as HERO @ Some point of time in bollywood... it was 1 of the reason for expectations n excitement.

Ranbir personally for me. It was actually quite disappointing as I was expecting much 😆. The wow factor came much later.

Wow factor for me in a theater were Hrithik and Ranveer. Never followed them, had no clue. Never expected it, just went into the theater. For Hrithik, I never closed my mouth because well he was just so umm...☺️. Ranveer was 'there is my SRK replacement' 😊

Hrithik's was not anticipated. He was the surprise of the year 2000. Audience had higher expectations from Amitabh Bachchan's son, Abhishek.

I remember before Refugee promos came out on TV, the newspapers and magazines gave month by month news of his debut film. Abhishek and Kareena two famous family kids launched together.

Then it was Ranbir and Sonam in 2007. When two starkids are launched together they hype is bigger.

Esha Deol aswell. Dharmendra and Hema's daughter, Sunny-Bobby's sister and the same year she had a film with Hrithik who was the heartthrob. Link up with Aftab her co-star in the first film, added to the hype.

we all were so young in those days but this post seems pretty spot on
