Three cheers for Durga

Durga not only gave it back to Sakshi full-of-herself Goenka but she did it with class. And, even when her dad went off with Raj she didn't come undone. A real player is one that handles the unexpected moves and she did just that. Without a hair out of place.

I don't know where Dev was and why he didn't show up tonight. Was he purposely avoiding it because he knew Durga would be there with her dad? Looks like it. 😕

But glad Shourya saved her not only at the party but after the bash was over. I know he doesn't have real feelings for her, but at least he seemed more human tonight. 👏 Especially in the absence of his "friend" Karan. I use the word "friend" in quotation marks because he is a fake pal like Raima Maheshwari. Not only did he help set up Shourya in the nightclub but he has been dating the guy's younger sister all this time secretly. Doesn't speak of real friendship where it is built on honesty.

Raima has not set up either of the Goenkas, but she hasn't been honest with them either. They both think she is loyal to a fault because that is what she lets them think. She lets Raj and Sakshi defend her and she invites Durga to her gallery only so she can get her business.

I think Sakshi is obscenely jealous of anyone that gets close to her son. She doesn't know about the bet, but she knows Durga is smarter than Shourya and will use anything to her advantage. The only reason she doesn't like Durga is because she is just as clever as she is so she can't predict her every move.

And as for Raima, she has some hidden motives behind her relations with Goenkas'.

Today Shaurya just made laugh by telling his mom, why is she so soo obsessed with Durga? 🤣 Me and Sakshi gave the same reply 😆

But he has a point. I mean, Sakshi knows she is trying to control both of the boys. She likes to be in control of her family. Plus, Shourya is her only son so she isn't going to admit defeat so easily. 😳

I mean yeah the night belonged to Durga all the way. Not only did she give it all back to Mrs. Goenka *cough* but she has Dev and Shourya wrapped around her finger. And to an extent Raj because he doesn't want to lose the project again.

This is hilarious since Shourya was rightly suspicious of the broken down Goenka car the other night but he didn't blame the right person. Straight arrow Dev would not be like him and make it not work. He totally underestimated and still does Miss Thakur. 😃

I think they are still setting up his character to face off with Shourya. And also get closer to Durga.
