Pragya has also told Abhi that she loves Purab and even has met Purab without his knowledge. If she can meet her BF, Abhi can also meet his GF.

Just because we know Pragya is a nice gal, we sympathize with her. But Abhi doesn't know that.

Pragya is only encouraging him to degrade her further by standing this marriage and by keeping the truth.

I mean it takes a lot of creativity to handle "normal/real life" stories. Because normal can be boring. One needs to catch little details and nuances. But itna mehenat kyun karna... Dhamaakedaar story banao.. create unusual circumstances and kaam chalao. Oh God, these soaps na!

Abhi reached new heights of churlishness. He was rude, mean, repetitive and childish. As Renukha so rightly said, Pragya was quiet probably cos she felt outnumbered and when someone is so rudely attacked, one can be at a loss for words. How do you retort to such blatant rudeness? And she was in a state of shock as Bulbul had discovered the truth about Abhi and her when Abhi stormed in with Tannu and burst into that senseless tirade. A man who puts down anyone's looks constantly, especially a woman's, is totally without chivalry.
