As the saying goes :You do the crime, you do the time especially if it was premeditated or intentional in that moment. It's no petty theft, this was attempt at vehicular homicide, the person must be held accountable. A free pass fo r the crime wiill only embolden them to act irresponsibly again.

My vote is for punish...even if it was Bala who was behind this accident, he would still get in trouble...so then why is Shagun getting preferential treatment. 😡

How has Raman not thought about sending Shagun to jail so that he can get custody of Adi? If the roles were reversed Shagun totally would have put Raman in jail and got Ruhi back...just so that she can win this competition

Before punishing Shagun, it is Raman who should be punished. Even if he brings the truth out later, he hid this for few days and did a sin by breaking a woman's heart and trust. He should be punished at first, then punish Shagun.
