Oh and one underrated slapstick comedy I can think of is Dhoondte Reh Jaoge. It's slapstick, the genre I don't really care for, but it really cracked me up. You might like it if you're just looking for laughs.

my mom made us watch an old movie called Khatta Meetha with Rakesh Roshan and Bindiya Goswami. It was about 2 Parsi families. I really didn't want to watch, but she insisted saying it was really sweet.

OMG! What a cute movie! It was hilarious and very sweet at the same time. :)
