Here, the topic maker is talking about the real Barkat. The Barkat Usman Abdullah who is dead.

So it's very much possible that Rehan's dead wife and the real dead Barkat are the same person BUT Rehan did take his wife's name while kissing her photo frame in some episode. Her name was something like 'Ridhi'. I don't remember exactly. 😳

So I don't think the real Barkat was Rehan's wife.
