The only thing that this twist changes is the fact that Pakhi is not a victim of Raghav. Rather than feeling guilty about leaving her or hurting a friend, it will be easier for him to dump her. It validates his leaving her for Kalpi without any guilt or negativity. And it gives us another clear cut reason to dislike Pakhi. There's no need for any fan to even attempt to sympathize with or understand the position of the legal biwi now at all.

But the crux of it is that Raghav Singhanianis not an innocent man. He was manipulated , yes. He was played like a fool , yes. Although he is a shrewd businessman and he loves Kalpi deeply, the great Raghav singhania is actually a fool.
