Hey there beautiful people. So, I kind of came up with the idea of this stuff. The roadtrip part has basically been inspired from 'Anjaana Anjaani' ( I am so honest no? :3 ) But the adventures an story line will be different ofcourse. So, presenting before you :
PROLOGUE
She was still getting used to having Randhir around her again. His brushing past her. Her heart skipping a beat. He stealing glances at her. Her feeling high again. High on love. Perhaps.
He was engaged to someone. He will be someone else's soon. But somehow, she did not want to think about that. She had come to Newyork to start afresh. To excel in her field. But somehow she found herself crushing on an engaged guy. Hard. And for the first time in so many years, she felt light hearted. She was happy. For now.
" So you're getting married, eh?" she asked, trying not to make eyecontact.
"Yeah." He mumbled, not looking at her either. "Sanyukta, I was thinking we should go out on a trip, you know. A road trip."
"Whaaa--at?" she did not see that coming.
"Yeah. You know, just to catch up."
"Well, I don't mind really." she blushed at the thought of spending more time around him and slapped herself mentally for behaving like a school girl.
" Our destination?" she asked timidly.
" Let destiny decide that. " he flashed his signature smirk.
She smiled back, her heart fluttering at the thought of the journey ahead.
