After everyone finds out that it is Adi behind the accident; they can use the accident case as a basis to fight for adi's custody. They can show negligence on shagun and ashok's part and also their irresponsibility by giving adi a car at that age when he is easily influenced by external forces and the final touch would be his failing grades!!
The cv's could use this twist in many ways:
1) Bhalla's get complete custody of adi and he comes to live with them..he will create initial misunderstanding between raman and ishu ; but all his misunderstanding creations will only end up bringing ramana and ishu closer to each other. slowly adi accepts ishu (maybe not as a mother but atleast as a friendly person)
2) Bhalla's dont get custody as adi tells the court he wants to stay with shagun; so the judge decides that he will stay with shagun only; but since raman/ishu helped adi and behaved more maturely with the situation they get a say in every major decision regarding adi now and shagun/ashok cannot alone take any decisions for adi without consulting raman/ishu... adi gets disciplined; shagun blames ishu for everything saying she refused so shagun couldn't give what adi asks for anymore and adi hates ishu more in this case..
3) At the very least ; if the above two situations dont happen..they the court can take off the 3mtrs restriction from raman and his family and allow the bhalla's to meet adi whenever he wants...
On a another note; Its high-time raman realised that adi needs discipline in his life and not be spoiled and he gets everything he wants whenever he wants and whatever he wants..This is showing that divorce kids can get off with anything just coz their parents feel guilty about the divorce hurting them... (personally i have a doubt that the cv's are laying foundation of making adi evil for the serial for when he grows up...lets face it ; its an ekta serial; thr is gonna be a time-leap down the lane somewhere😉)
