I am in love with this show.. Thanks Zee and Zindagi Channel for giving me an insight of my neighbouring country..
I totally agree with you TM... She is an epitome of a women, a mother... The best thing I like about her is her patience and optimism. As you said her never say die attitude is commendable. 👏👏
I dont think anyone would even bear to see her good for nothing husband.. 😡

Samina Peerzada ji is one wonderful actor and would love to see her other shows...

Lovely cast and lovely story...

disha nice to see you here 🤗 beautiful post
after hearing so much i start watching ZGH & i must say we all girls can relate some how with Kashaf
she is not that kind of a girl who think one day a prince charming will come on a white horse she is well aware of the realities of life
actually both kashaf & her mom rafia are contrast to each other but both are amazing characters ❤️
a scene when both kashaf & her mom were walking to bus stop & her mother shoes strip broke literally i was having tears in my eyes rather then cursing her fate she is still positive & walks bare foot .. just amazing
yeah you said right '' I honestly respect my mother even more. She works so hard and I hardly acknowledge her.''
actually we took our mother love & care for granted most of the time but the rafia character made me realize it
& again agree with you in my case too '' I am VERY glad my father isnt ANYTHING like kashaf's father. On the contrary,he always encouraged me to do "whatever it is" that I wanna do''

Lovely post, DishTV.

Rafia is what every woman should strive to be. Fiercely albeit gently independent, firm, over-flowing with maternal compassion, honest & CONCRETE STRONG. 👏 ❤️

There is such genuine feeling & such a honest relatable quality to Rafia & the very talented actress who plays her, that you smile when she talks to her daughters or fusses over Kashaf. 😳

No wonder her daughters esp Kashaf, are all turning out to be individuals in their own right.

I love this show, and I love this woman.

And like you, Annie, and am sure many others, I too, have a strongly renewed appreciation for my mother. ❤️

Rafia is a very strong woman. She has brought up her daughters very well. Taught them to be independent, and well mannered. The latter, which unfortunately, is lacking in Kashaf a lot. (In her interaction with Maria and also with Osama, 2 people who are nice to her/like her)
But I have issues with Rafia's personality as the story progresses. Won't say anything now, because it will mean spoilers. :)

I just love the mother.. how she also faced the same scenarios as Kashaf and mayb even worse .. to raise 3 girls not wanted by the father.. but never emerged bitter towards soceity or men ..
how she balances the ngativuty in kashaf... Amazed at such a mother .. Awesome potrayal of rafia..
Acutallyt i saw an interview with the lady who ptrays rafia and the director. She said she wanted to add a bit of negativity in rafia but the director was admanat that Rafia is a giver.. Amazing
