Vishnu comes in - Asks about the meeting, jokes around and goes to eat adai - by making it himself. L's mom tries to advice L about Vishnu... telling her that V might make mistakes but is a good person...

Sales mokkai... Talk about success... friendship in full bodhai... (ivanga bodhaikku paavam mohan, madhan and swetha become the oorugais today)

VERY IRRITATING SCENE...

Lakshmi working in her room. Manoj comes in. Lakshmi screams and asks him to get out of her room. Manoj says sorry. Lakshmi is extremely angry but Manoj is acting as if he is sorry...Manoj says he needs 4 days and that he will resign in 4 days. Manoj accepts that he has done mistake. Manoj has a wife and a child who might suffer. Manoj brings in family sentiment, working sentiment and other sentiments... Manoj asks for another chance and says if this comes out, he will die. Lakshmi asks him to leave the room and he does... after giving her one look!!

Lakshmi comes to meet Sir... She tells that Manoj is a programming manager and recollects the incidents at Pondy and at office... Lakshmi says she is not able to come out of the problem. Sir's wife says that she should have complained immediately. Both of them advice saying that its a crime that has been committed. Sir further says that its not an emotional mistake but a planned mistake. Sir's wife says that there are 2 problems with this - first thing is that he starts feeling less bad about repeating it, second thing is that its a very unsafe atmosphere at office. Both of them advice her to complain and comfort her.

Precap:

Lakshmi complains to Susan and David about Manoj..It looks like Manoj has already circulated photos. Susan and David plan that they shud break the friendship among the 4 ppl and also be the cause of all 4 of them leaving the job. David praises Susan for being a good Chanakya (Ammam.. where is Shekar these days)??

OFFICE WRITTEN UPDATES... FRIDAY 4TH JULY 2014
EPISODE 335

Scene continues from yesterday...(looks like)
Lakshmi, Susan and David in the Conference room... and Lakshmi is crying...
Susan asks Lakshmi to wait outside and she'll call her back after enquiring Manoj,,
David calls Manoj and asks him to come to the conference room...
Lakshmi comes crying to the cubicles where Vishnu is standing... both look at each other...
Manoj passes by and comes to the conference room...
When inquired, Manoj accuses Lakshmi...
He says it was Lakshmi who provoked and compelled him and planned the trip. Now when the truth is out she is creating Drama...
He also insists that Lakshmi in the intention of getting promotion and a US chance forcibly took him to Pondy... when she found that is not happening... she posted their photos on the net... He says that she wants to insult him...
Vishnu and Lakshmi who were listening to this convo get frustrated...
Manoj continues his blabbering... unable to withstand... Vishnu enters the Conference room and beats him nicely... Karthik comes and stops him...

Susan's room:
Susan gives a small speech😡 that there are some rules to be followed... Seniors are to be respected... and she wont tolerate an ordinary programmer slapping a Program Manager and asks David to take necessary action...
David declares that Vishnu is suspended for a week...😲
When Karthik tries to question and object, Vishnu interrupts and accepts that what he did was officially wrong even though it was emotionally justifiable... he says he accepts the suspension and asks what is the decision of the main problem...
Susan tries to blame Lakshmi... saying that the trip was unofficial and the photos didn't depict that they were taken forcibly.. Circumstancial Evidence is more important and so on...😡
David declares that Lakshmi is on fault and loses her credibility as she didn't complain about this immediately...
Susan says Manoj had applied personal leave for both of them and hence office cannot take any action against the complaint made by her on the employee who was on personal leave... and so no action will be taken against Manoj... She says nothing more to discuss... When VL try to say something Karthik stops them and asks Susan whether it is her final decision... and hearing a yes he tells his friends vaanga polaam and leave...

KVRL discuss about this and decide to meet Viswanathan...

Viswanathan's home:
Raji asks sorry for disturbing him but he says he is ready to help...
Viswanathan says they all work in a system and when a problem arises it should be addressed and instead of finding a solution, they are trying to move on...
Viswanathan speaks about safety of women employees and discusses about what should be done next..
his wife also says that employee safety should be ensured by the company and asks Lakshmi to be brave...

KVRL at a Cyber Crime Police Station...
The Inspector is the same one who was there in OMR police station...
He recognises VK and they discuss about Cyber crimes...
He takes the complaint from Lakshmi and says he'll investigate and asks them to keep quiet until he finishes his investigation... he praises Viswanathan and for his sake he instantly decided to take up this case... as he is indebted to him... he ensures that the accused will be punished definitely...

Susan's room:
The inspector is sitting along with Susan and David...
David asks the inspector that how can he interfere in internal matters...
Inspector asks them to send Manoj with him and he'll enquire...
David asks him how can he simply believe Lakshmi...
When Susan and David try to defend Manoj...
Inspector says he has strong evidence against Manoj... it was Manoj who was the culprit from panning the trip, booking the hotel, taking photos etc., when he was about to be caught he published the photos from his friend's system...
it was Manoj's friend who confessed this , he confirms...
and also says that the Receptionist of the hotel witnessed Lakshmi getting angry with Manoj for booking a single room... and within five minutes of entering the hotel room , Lakshmi fought with Manoj , came out and took a Cab to return... which was confirmed by a room service boy...

Susan says that they didn't knew this and David tries calling someone...
Inspector questions David what he was upto and David replies calling the company lawyer for taking anticipatory bail for Manoj...
Inspector asks David to take Anticipatory Bail for 3 people...
david panics asking who are the three?
Inspector replies... Manoj for committing the crime and Susan and David for supporting him...

Screen freezes...

Monday Updates

Brief updates peepzs - my daughter is screaming top of her lungs while my son is fighting for my laptop. Bear with me please 😭

Continues with police asking them to take action as company while he will do his work as police. Inspector leaves - both susan david silent.

Vishnu comes and see laksh mother who praises him for standing up for laksh. He ask her not to praise him to much. Mother hopes laksh will change herself about vishnu. Vishnu says he can only hope. Both chats a while.

Susan david manoj. They ask him to sign the letter and hand over all documents, tag and laptop. He refuses at first but susan and david told him his case is no longer with them. Its been taken over by police as laksh has lodge report. Manoj shock and tries to plead with susan david. Said he will go and beg laksh too. But david said to late and get him sign and leave the company.

He comes out. Karthik vishnu laksh there. Karthik nearly hit him when david susan comes and stops them. Sends manoj out. Susan ask laksh if she is happy. Laksh says she would have been happy if this decision was taken by susan much earlier instead of she having to go see police. David and others leaves. Kartik tells susan she did lot of things to them but he can never forgive what she did to laksh. Soon she will regret all this.

Laksh and mother comes to karthik Raji house. Vishnu is there too. Lovely conversation between them. Laksh mother thanks them for being with her daughter during this kind of time. Karthik gets raji away from there for mini romance 😲😆

Both laksh vishnu alone. Laksh thanks vishnu while he takes it coolly. She thanks him for standing right beside her and never suspected her at all when this issue took place. Vishu says that is cause he trust her that much.

Okay thodarum. Not sure if i miss any - going to tug my 2 kutties to bed!! Thodarum

Satish from Target corporation comes to office. Initially, he starts questioning about Sir. Susan receives him and starts talking about the project. He does not want to know about the status of the project. He wants to know the whereabouts of sir. He says he is not reachable on phone or email. Susan says, he might be busy. Email might be full. Satish does not accept,. saying that sir is always correct and will always pick up the phone. and answer emails. His email box is always clear. Susan tries to lie around and manage. Satish says her explanations are logical.. but unsatisfactory. He will find out sir's presence and if found that Susan is lying, the project will be withdrawn since the company has not been very truthful. Susan is concerned and says, she has come with sir's recommendation and that the project is in order. Satish says fine and leaves...

Susan comes to Sir's home. She talks as if she was not part of the master plan and says she was in Mumbai at that time and was shocked when she heard the news. Sir replies with both of us are not children. Susan further says that they are having a problem with Target that they want his project and ask him if he can consult just for that project. Sir refuses saying he has left since his principles were not adhered to. Doing that is equivalent to cheating Target, which he will NOT do. jiji comes and hands over a saree to her [nalla vellai saree ya kattala - it will be the saree that K presented ;)]

[ A nice scene]

L is in canteen. An old man comes asking for lunch time and saying that he has come to observe vishnu whom his daughter and family likes. He says that V is like Kamalhasan of Sivappu Roja fame. L says he is his team mate and kalaichufies this old man saying that not only in looks, even in behaviour V is like that ;) and tells him that his daughter may be able to change V. The old man gets wild and leaves saying the wedding is called off...

K is in the reception area. Susan comes there asking y he is standing alone.. K replies that its Susan who is standing alone.. and goes on to challenge her. Susan looks very tense and then the promo scene follows [Romba overra pesuran paiyan... reduce emotion boss!!] Susan ends with the usual challenge of wait and see ;)

VL and L's mom in hospital. L's mom asks V about the multiple girls that he is seeing . L gets tense and is continuously replying. V starts singing songs to tease L... L gets teased...and L's mom enjoys this teasing. L notices blood out of L's mom nostril. All of them scream for help...

Thursday Updates

Sri is missing - brief updates.

Laksh mother is admitted. Vishu tries to make joke about it to make her mother happy but outside he cries.

KRLV comes to see Komban. He tells them his planning to open his own company and the 4 will be working with him.

David gives something to karthik and tells him its expensive and he needs to take good care of it.

OFFICE WRITTEN UPDATES... 11TH JULY 2014

EPISODE 340

Vishnu and Lakshmi in the hospital... Doctor introduces them to a Specialist and leaves... The Specialist says that Lakshmi's mom is in the 2nd stage and need a surgery ASAP...followed by Chemotherapy and Radiation... Lakshmi cries and fears...

But the doctor says this is the only option as she is not responding to the present treatment and the the tumor is advancing fast... Doctor leaves saying the surgery will cost around 6 to 7 lakhs and arrange for it.

Lakshmi is worried about the amount to be arranged, Vishnu offers help but she denies saying there's a limit for his friendship too and says she'll manage herself...

Lakshmi thinking in the Office canteen... Raji comes and enquires about her mother's health and Lakshmi explains... Raji says she'll ask her appa... but Lakshmi says no...

Lakshmi thinks of resigning her job so that she'll get PF... but Raji asks her not to do so... Susan calls Raji and Raji leaves saying she'll be back sending a mail to Susan...

Vishnu and Kattadurai come there and try to do some comedy with Lakshmi... Vishnu tells Lakshmi that she need not worry about the money as he found some VIP who runs a trust and helps people in need. He tells that the VIP on listening to Lakshmi's mother's health agreed to help. Lakshmi is happy and calls her mother to tell that money is being arranged and leaves...

Kattai asks Vishnu who the VIP is... Vishnu replies it was a lie... and it is him who is going to help Lakshmi... Kattai says nee romba nallavan...

Karthik and Raji at home... Karthik comes to the dining and sees Raji not yet ready... when asked for Raji says she is on leave today and now Karthik also wants to take leave... Raji says she'll go to office then... Karthik is surprised and Raji says she needs some gap between them even though they are married... some romance continues and they decide to go to a movie in the evening and Karthik leaves to office alone...(sorry guys... couldn't watch the entire scene... but think it was a nice scene)

Vishnu in office canteen... one Pawn broker comes and Vishnu tries some comedy asking for money... he asks about Vishnu's salary etc... while Vishnu tries convincing him... Palani comes and asks for his credit... Vishnu gets irritated... the pawnbroker finally says he needs some thing to be pledged and is ready to give money... Vishnu offers his car but he denies saying its not worth it... Pawn broker leaves saying.." kai mela porul... porul mela panam.."

Vishnu is worried...

Screen freezes...
