Raghu returns Yaminis phone back to her. Dadi becomes happy that her plan was a success but Yamini wonders how was convinced so quickly.
Next day Nikumbh's busy writing for his newspaper column, at the same time Azam picks up the torn pages that Nikumbh threw. Yamini interrupts them, she enquires about the writing while he says I was just rewriting a scene from the play'. Yamini regrets failing in Nikumbh's 2nd Task. She vows to share the same, but decides against it in front of Nikumbh. She returns Nikumbh's phone to him. However, Yamini lies to him that she has solved his task while Nikumbh becomes doubtful so he asks her to keep the phone with her.
She shares her feelings with Shaheen while Nikumbh shares his doubt on Yamini failing her Task to Azam. Nikumbh pretends to believe Yamini, and strives to find the truth from her. He indirectly sets a few examples the you should be truthful no matter what.
At the end of the day Yamini decides to tell the truth while Dadi calls and interrupts before she could even speak. Nikumbh vows to learn the truth about the Task.
