The episode begins with the man walking into Ishita's room and covering her mouth with his gloved hand. Ishita tries to push against his hand but he doesn't move. With one hand still covering her mouth, the man pulls her off the bed and drags her across the floor out of the bedroom. He pulls her into the hall and towards the stairway. Radha is shown entering Ishita's bedroom. She's surprised to see the room vacant. She looks around the room. Ishita is still struggling against him and beating his hand with her fist but he doesn't let go. He places her on the stairs and she's trying to hold on to the railing to stop herself from falling. Just then Radha comes out of the room and calls out for Ishita. The man leaves Ishita on the stairs and runs the other way. Radha doesn't see him but she sees Ishita on the stairs. She runs towards Ishita and holding her hand asks her what happened. Ishita is really flustered and she tells her in a scared tone that someone wants to kill her. She begs Radha not to leave her alone. Radha tries to calm her down. Just then Pranay comes up the stairs and asks them what happened. Ishita tells Pranay that a man came into her room, dragged her here and was going to kill her by pushing her down the stairs. She asks Pranay not to leave her alone. She's really flustered and can't speak too coherently. Pranay doesn't look convinced. He tries to tell her that there's no one there but Ishita points towards the hallway and tells him that the man went in that direction. Pranay tells him he'll go look and leaves from there. Radha tries to calm Ishita down and she keeps repeating to Radha not to leave her alone. Pranay comes back and tells her that there's no one there. Ishita is still not satisfied. She says he'll come back again and try to kill her. To calm her down, Pranay says he'll look around the entire house. He goes and looks around the house and comes back to tell Ishita that there's no one. Finally he picks her up and carries her to her room. Radha stays back and notices Ishita's wheelchair in the hallway.
Pranay is sitting, deep in thought. Radha comes there and asks him what he wanted to talk to her about. He says he needs to tell her some truths about Ishita's life. He tells Radha not to take tonight's incident too seriously. He says Ishita is not mentally balanced. She becomes easily paranoid that someone is trying to kill her. In her mind, she forms these stories and they become so important to her that she starts living them. Radha is shocked to hear all this. He says he knows he should have told her all this earlier. He tells her that Ishita's biggest enemy is her mind (her thoughts!) He tells her that these hallucinations have been occuring for many years. But for the first time today, he had felt that she could get better. For the first time after many years, Ishita has asked for someone's help. She doesn't usually trust anyone. But today when she trusted Radha, he felt that Ishita has started to trust people again. He says when he saw Radha with Ishita near the stairs, he felt as if Ishita really started to trust Radha. He emotionally tells Radha that she's his last hope in saving Ishita. He request her not to leave Ishita ever. Radha promises him that until Ishita doesn't recover completely, she won't stop visiting her. Pranay thanks her and Radha leaves.
The next morning Megs is out shopping with Mandira. She pretends to not like anything and Mandira tells Megs that she's very choosy. Megs tries to cover it up saying she already has all this saris and she's given half of them to her maids already. There's no room for more. Megs suddenly starts feeling dizzy and she falls to the ground. Mandira is shocked. She calls out Megs name and they all try to wake her up.
The next scene shows Mandira sitting next to Megs hospital bed. The doctor comes in and tells Mandira that she's taken all the necessary tests. She tells Megs not to worry and that everything will be alright. The doctor leaves and Radha comes in. Megs is now scared and thinks to herself that the truth will come out because of Radha tai. Radha is looking at Megs' chart. She looks at Megs and says right now everything is normal. As soon as the reports for the samples arrive, everything will be clear. She asks Megs how she is feeling and Megs with a small smile says she's fine. Radha then picks up some tablets and says "bus ab yeh dawaii le lijiye bhabhi!" Megs is scared and Mandira looks shocked. Megs thinks to herself that Radha usually calls her Megs, but today she had to call her bhabhi? She angrily tells Radha she can take of herself and tells her to leave now. Radha leaves and Mandira asks Megs why the nurse called her bhabhi. Megs makes up an excuse and says that she and her husband always come to the hospital for charity and so the staff lovingly call her bhabhi and her husband bhaiyya. Mandira smiles and gives her the tablets.
At Pranay's house, he is lighting candles and the whole room is decorated beautifully. Radha comes there and looks surprised. He tells her today is his and Ishita's wedding anniversary and he wants to have a candlelight dinner with herđ Radha congratulates him and they shake handsđł He asks the butler if everything is ready and tells him to set the table in five minutes. Pranay turns to Radha and says he needs her help. He brings her a gift bag and tells Radha that he wants Ishita to wear a sari he bought and he didn't know which one to choose so he bought three. He gives the bag to Radha and tells her to choose one for Ishita to wear tonight. Radha takes the bag and Pranay walks over to the table. He tells Radha that Ishita and he have known each other since college days. He says in fact, they met the first time because of a candle. THey were at a friend's party and the lights went out. So Pranay had lit a candle and the first face he saw after lighting the candle was Ishita's. He goes on talking romantically about Ishita and how they used to meet often after that, how they used to study together and share their happiness and grief with each other. Radha is listening to all this with a smile. He tells her that they had fallen in love and had wanted to get married too. But at that time, Pranay was just a middle class man while Ishita was the daughter of a rich man. He says he had tried to make Ishita understand that they could never get married but Ishita didn't agree. She convinced her father that they won't find a better man than Pranay for her and finally they got married. He says after their marriage, their life was so romantic. And then that accident happened. After that, the Ishita who used to always hold his hand in life doesn't even touch him now. He says everything changed at that instant. Now she's gone so far from him. He becomes emotional talking about all this and Radha tells him to be strong.
Just then they hear Ishita's screams for Pranay and Radha. THey go upstairs to find Ishita in the hallway, crawling on her belly. Pranay asks her what happened. Flustered, Ishita replies that on the mirror, there was a threat letter written for her. She says it was written that her time is over now. Now she has to die. Pranay tries to convince her nothing happened but Ishita says she saw it with her own eyes. Pranay says he will look at the mirror. He picks her up, carries her into her room, and places her on the bed. All this while, Ishita is talking incoherently about the mirror and the man. But when they look at the mirror there's nothing written on it. Ishita is shocked. She says but when she looking at it, in red letters there was a threat written on the mirror. Pranay says it's all in her mind and that there is nothing there. Radha says everything will be fine and she tells Ishita to sleep. But Ishita says they won't believe her but she saw it with her own eyes. Pranay tries to make her understand that when they're all here who would come in and do all this? Ishita says it's the man who wants to kill her. Pranay and Radha try to make her understand but Ishita is going on and on about that angrily(it's all in mute!). Finally Pranay slaps Ishita across the face to make her stop. The episode ends on Radha's shocked face.
Okay...Pranay seems like a devoted husband completely in love.
What about poor Radha?đ
