Usually the Public Prosecutor always shouts instead of arguing. Here the person who is acting is controlled and seems to be articulate without shouting.
On the other hand our Vivek Kabra is using his booming voice and trying to create problems for brijesh. He knows that he is asking personal questions and he wants to show something about Brijesh by asking those questions.
