Usually the Public Prosecutor always shouts instead of arguing. Here the person who is acting is controlled and seems to be articulate without shouting.

On the other hand our Vivek Kabra is using his booming voice and trying to create problems for brijesh. He knows that he is asking personal questions and he wants to show something about Brijesh by asking those questions. Vivek also made his point about the murder aspect. and the presence of a third party. Not a bad argument.

Atlast daddu and anoop are going out to do some real work while shiv is too cool. Others are running around to save him and he remains stoic and philosophical. No anger, no frustration and no will to think some strategy. Shiv seems to be thinking that no one can really harm a good person.
