Part 1
Madhu tells Raja .. u thot i will accept defeat. .nope! I will get Bittu released and fight for his innocence..but wont return to that jungle with u..! I have signed the papers.. and you wont get anything by dragging our dead relation..! Ur not meant for city and i not meant for village.. so lets part our ways! Raja checks the papers! Madhu says i knew u wont divorce me so easily ..! I have signed the papers so that i can burn our relation forever! No matter what the world wants and tries.. we wont be together ever..! After tonite.. i will sleep easy as i have ended all relations with u ..! Sign these papers so we can end this once and for all ..! Raja glares at Madhu! Madhu says got a shock! Raja says what is this! Madhu says.. ur ignorant too..so .. this is talak papers.. sign or use thumb impression! Madhu tells Raja to sign the papers fast! Raja is about to sign when Tauji comes ..! Tauji says i knew u both wuld be busy with each other.. ! Madhu killed Taiji and ur busy bonding with her! Why signing papers.. what are these! Bhanu says check if these are property papers! Tauji takes the papers and fumes!
Tauji says.. ur divorcing the criminal who killed Taiji! Tauji says.. the one who is responsible for ur Taijis death.. ur releasing her so easily! Bhanu says.. Madhu is a witch.. he cant see anything but her..! Agni tells Tauji to tell Raja to tear the papers! Tauji says .. Madhu is ur wife.. bring her home forcibly if u have to.. and then iw will decide! Raja takes the papers from Tauji and signs them ..! Madhu smiles while Tauji and all fume! Raja says u wanted my sign.. take it..! We will meet in court and there i will do what i have to! Raja says u will face the consequences soon! Madhu leaves from there! Tauji tells Raja that u have ruined all by disobeying me! Tauji walks off!
At the police station, Madhu asks inspector to let her meet Bittu! He directs her to Bittu! Madhu comes to Bittu ..! Bittu asks if he got bail..! Madhu is teary eyed and says.. we will get it.. there is delay there... ! U will get bail soon! Bittu says i am unable to pass a single second here .. dunno who to talk to ..! Bittu asks Madhu to get him freed soon! Madhu self thot.. Bittu is suffering coz of me..! I cant see him in pain.. i will get him freed at all costs!
Part 2
Madhu tells Bittu that even Kanha ji had to see darkness in life.. he had to leave his parents and live away ..! Lord Ram did not do any wrong but had to live in exile..! U have not done anything! Truth prevails over lies...! Madhu says to keep faith and that his truth will be before the world soon!
Next day morning, Madhu prays to God .. Radha does aarti & blesses Madhu! Madhu says today in family court .. our divorce application will come and then there will be nothing between me and Raja! Radha says how strange is life.. i used to be scared of divorce but now am happy as u will be free from that animal! Madhu says after this . .i will get Bittu released from prison and then u and i will start life afresh! Radha blesses Madhu and says.. may Kanha give u enough strength to live ur life and hold ur head high..!
At the court, Madhu recollects whole chain of events from her wedding to Raju and what all happened coz of Raja..! A court clerk comes and asks Madhu where is Raja! Madhu says must be on his way! Clerk says ask him to hurry up, Magistrate has to go out! Raja comes and Madhu says rush ..and why are u so late! Raja says.. wow so excited to get rid of me..! Well let me tell u one thing.. no one can get rid of RK ..aka Raja Kushwa!
Rajbala appear before magistrate! She says.. my job is not to final a divorce but to counsel couples to try and sort out differences to keep the marriage vows sacred! Madhu says there is nothing between us to salvage.. we are in a dark cave.. and we will get light when we get out of this cave.. this marriage and live free! Magistrate asks Raja! Raja says difference between me and Madhu is that .. i signed papers coz she asked me to.. i dun want divorce.. if u want me to stay with her. .i will ..! Madhu says no .. i want divorce! Magistrate asks her not to shout! Madhu says sorry . .but i want divorce! Madhu says u dunno .. he raped me..! Raja says what ..rape... Judge said.. jab patni se kiya pyaar.. to kis baat ka balatkar! Madhu says u forced me to withdraw the case there .. but u cant here!
Part 3
Magistrate says i understand u both are not the typical couple ..! First sign the papers.. so i can start the legal process of divorce! Madhu signs..! Magistrate asks to read but Madhu says no need.. i want divorce! Magistrate asks Raja to sign! She says.. process has started.. u both can separate after 6 months..! Law demands u both stay with each other for 6 months. .! After that come back and we will give u divorce! Madhu says i cant stay with him! Magistrate says .. u have to! Madhu says Raja is an animal! Magistrate says .. matter of ur safety is ours..! If Raja harasses u . .inform us.. we will be there to help u! She leaves!
Raja smirks at Madhu and says thank u ..! Raja says.. in 6 months will bring hell on earth! Raja tells Madhu ... 'Maharani Laxmibai' .. court has binded us together for 6 months.. so come with me to our home! Raja says.. thot ur smart but forgot to check all this..! I knew about the 6 months so signed the papers when u told me to! Raja says.. court doesnt know that i wanna keep u with me to show u my hate! 6 months = 180 nites.. will make it a hell ..and u will beg that may it be my last nite..! No one can stop me now! Raja says throw ur drama out..! Madhu says ..wont go with u .. keep dreaming..! Court told us to stay together but not told us where! Am going to chawl ..and u cant stop me! Madhu says 'See you' ..! Raja says.. ur dad has to stay with me too!
Madhu is in the room and Radha is worried! Madhu says its a formality . .nothing to worry about ..! Madhu says for 6 months ..i and Raja have to stay together but i told him ..wont go with him ... and am sure he wont come here..! Madhu says all will be well ..! Raja comes and says.. i will stay! Madhu is stunned!
Precap -- Raja says.. what happened ..! Till yesterday u were spilling venom for me.. and now all quiet! U have spoken a lot of ill for me. now i will become .. venom in ur life .. that u cant live with or without! Madhu is in shock!
