No eating anything anywhere in the house except on the dining table.😊

And of course the others as Maya mentioned( movies, loud voices, staying out late).

Late nighters are inevitable for me as I get busy with projects and homework. And hubby gets busy with his own teahcing related stuff.Child and parents have different bed times.Thats one thing we couldn't change.

Same here Tisha futuristically, cannot be changed. Hope that doesn't impact negatively, work is work cann't help it. I agree!

As long as parents stagger hours and one is around kids, it does not really matter. Trust me...I have done my fair share of late night work at my previous company.

....and I eat at the couch all the time....but they can't....mommy is grown up and responsible and can take care of not spilling food etc....kids can't...simple logic and they understand it😊

Mr. DB used to and still says "Don't do as I do, Just do as I say" to my sons 🤡 😆. Your post just reminded me of that 😳.

😆 You are right.

Not them. I have only one tiny tot. I have watched K3G, hum-tum in Hindi movies with her. At this age she isn't anyways interested in such long films.

@bold - That's pretty obvious Maya! sorry may be for few, but how about eating on couch in front of kiddos?

Anshu, you don't know me.😆 I am a neat freak. So eating on the couch is out of question. Till sometime back she had her dinner on her high chair. Now she joins us at dining table or mostly at kitchen nook which works better for her.

We don't sleep early. She gets her bed time routine and goes to bed early. After that its our time with movies, laptop (like now😆) etc. etc. We used to party late nights but now that is completely stopped. We do drink at home once a while when we entertain or just like that but kiddo never asked and even if she asks then we will tell her that there are some things which only adults can do😃.
