Part-60

Rahul informed Gautam about he changes in the program and sudha and Priya packed all the things when they all reached the house all were ready with the packing and some villagers were there too to see off them..

Maan was not too happy with this sudden change in program ,he decided to confess Geet just now and he was going to leave her for at least ten days.

The luggage was settled in the bus. Kids too reached there to say good Bye to them. The villagers gave them home made food packed in some boxes.

Gautam-Arrey sarpanch ji ..iski kya zaroorat thi? Hum to raaste me kahin bhi kha lete

Sarpanch-ji Gautam, ji..but you all are leaving in hurry. Raaste me rukne me time waste hoga na issliye ..aur ye ghar ka khana hai.

Sudh came forward and took the boxes from his hand-Thank u very much sarpanch ji...

And Kids came forward and Geet hugged them all at one time..

One kid-Di we will miss you.next year bhi zaroor aana ..we will wait for you

Geet-haan ..I will surely come and then they all came to Maan too. Maan shook hand with all of them. And ruffled the hair of some kids too to make them smile..

Rahul and Anie too said bye to them.

Eklder people of the village gave some gifte to all of them.they were not precious but these gifts were the symbol of their love and respect and all accepted them with their hearts.

All took the leave from the village..It was a nice trip for all in different meanings. For Gautam and Sudha it was their annual trip so nothing was new for them but they enjoyed this time more than their previous trips as they had the company of Ram and Priya.For Ram and Priya it was a nice change as they enjoyed a very simple village life in these two days which was far away from the noise and pollution of the city.. For Rahul and Anie this trip was a blessing in disguise as they spent quite a long time with each other..and they collected some beautiful memories to cherish them in their coming life

And for Maan and Geet ..this trip cleared their mind and heart and they specially Geet realized what she felt for maan and what she wanted..Though she was still in some confused state as she was only aware of her own feeling for Maan..She did not know anything about Maan. But she was contended as she knew that it was not wrong to feel something different for Maan who was her husband. Though they were married in some weird situation but their relation was sacred. She had decided that she would not take her feeling for him in a wrong way as it was her right to feel that way for her husband even if Maan considered her only as his friend..

Bus was running on the road so were the thoughts of Maan and Geet...

Geet was cherishing her newly found feelings and was lost in her world..Maan was admiring his Geet who was perhaps was lost in her thoughts..

At first he was very excited for this USA trip as it would be going to add their name in international market on a large scale..but now he was least interested in it as he wanted to be with Geet..He was feeling bad for themselves...But this business trip was important for him.

He said in his mind-bas kuchh din aur Geet.. I m not going to hide anything from you..I m still not sure if you will take it right or wrong..but I m tired of myself for this hide and seek..I know this separation is going to be a hell for me and some how for you too.Just wait for me to come back from this trip

It was night and they all had their dinner which was given by the villagers.it was a very simple food consist of puri and potato bhaji..all relished the food even they gave the food to the driver and the helper of the bus too..

After the dinner it was time to sleep..maan went to sleep as he was going to have no time to relax after reaching Delhi as he would have to go to office to collect his important documents and some other information. He was going not only for some meeting but he was expecting some new projects in USA as joint venture.. His PA too was accompanying him to USA. ..Maan laid on the last seat of the bus and closed his eyes as all were talking in front area of the bus.. And others chatted for some time and then they too decided to sleep;.

Lights were off in the bus only one foot light was on so that everything was not black in the bus..So very dim light was dancing in the bus..

It was quite late..and Geet started to cough as she was feeling her throat little dry ..they had eaten puri in dinner which were fried and fried food make to drink more than usual water. so picked up her water bottle but it was empty so she went towards the last seat where Maan was sleeping.

Mineral water bottles were kept only there she went and picked up one bottle and turned . While turning her eyes fell on Maan ..He was sleeping soundly..but the sheet which he was using to cover himself was lying on the floor of the bus and he was sleeping in shrinking posture . Bus was still running in the hilly area so it was still cold. Geet went near him picked up the duvet and covered him with that. As She was covering him her eyes fell on his face.Her lips curved in to a smile seeing him sleeping...His hair were messed and she was tempted to touch them. She leaned a little on him to fix his hair.she touched them and combed back on his head with her fingers.

Suddenly the bus got a jerk and Geet fell on Maan..

She fell right on his chest and her lips touched his cheeks and Maan woke up with that sudden Fall.He found Geet on himself..

He held her in his arms to protect her from falling.

Geet Now got embarrassed as she did not expect this to happen. She got up But he was holding her so could not getup completely.

She looked at him he was staring her . she closed her eyes feeling embarrassed and murmured a quick sorry.

But Maan did not leave her. He held her on her waist with one hand and with other hand he adjusted her locks which came on her face due to falling. While adjusting her locks he brushed his fingers on her cheeks then around her lips.Geet opened her eyes with the jerk when she felt his touch on her lips... She found his deep chocolate brown eyes boring into her hazels. She looked at his eyes from one to another..There was no shocked or surprised expression in his eyes. She found there something else.. She found there something which was new for her. She felt like her feelings were being reciprocated. His gaze was intense..For a moment she forgot where they were and what she was doing ..Maan felt her Body losing the stiffness and now she was loosely lying in an relaxed posture on him. It was like she was surrendering herself to him..

Maan seeing in her relaxed in his arms, cupped her face in to his both palms..their faces were already very close and Maan did not need to do anymore effort to bring her face more close to him.

He was still looking at her as he wanted to know if she wanted the same for what he too was craving for since long.. Geet found him staring with some questioning eyes as if he was seeking her permission..and without uttering a word she closed her eyes as her submission to him..

Maan softly pulled her towards him and he took Geet's soft trembling lips in his own thirsty and dry lips...As he tasted those soft petals, his eyes too got closed automatically and a heavenly feel replaced that restlessness in both hearts..Geet felt that touch very soft and tender on her lips

Maan and Geet were relishing those heavenly moments as if they got the life again ..But the bus again got a jerk and both opened her eyes..

She found herself sitting at the edge of the seat where Maan was sleeping. Her fingers were still in his hair and she was still admiring her sleeping husband. She looked here and there then she looked at Maan. He was still sleeping peacefully at his place. Geet's eyes widened and she stood with a jerk..She was breathing very fast. She looked again at Maan and swiftly moved towards her seat.

She sat on her seat with a thud. Her breathing was still uneven..She was shocked at her feelings..She mentally slapped herself for imagining all that. She thanked her stars that Maan did not wake up with that jerk of the bus. What if he had awakened? What she would have said to him about her that action. Her mind again went on the moments which she imagined sometime ago with Maan.

She smiled at her imagination but at the same time she was feeling sad too.she felt her eyes wet ..because her this dream was never going to be true. In actual her feeling would never be reciprocated. She took a deep breath to make herself calm and closed her eyes to sleep but sleep was not near her. Bus was running and so were Geet's thoughts. While thinking about herself and her newly found feelings she did not knew when she slept in sitting position.

It was early morning and Bus stopped at KM..all woke up..Geet was still sleeping in her sitting position. she slept very late so did not woke upo with the sound of the breaks..Sudha looked at her and smiled-Ye Geet bhi na kabhi theek tarike se soti ho nahin hai..abhi tak iski aadaten waisi hi hain..she was cribbing and Maan was smiling to hear her cribs. How he wished if he could tell his MIL that her these weird styles were a boon for him..

Sudha woke up her and Geet saw that all except her were awake. Maan looked at her and asked -Geet why were you sleeping in sitting posture? and Geet did not have anything to reply him-wo..haan ..pata nain kyun neend hi nahin aayi to socha thodi der baith jati hoon aur phir neend aa gayi..She was not looking at him as she was scared for whatever she imagined last night was visible in her eyes..and before Maan could ask anything else she was out of the bus.

Ram to Gautam and Sudha-Come in ..let's have morning tea together

Gautam-nahin Mr. khurana ..I think we should leave now.ab jab time par pahunch hi gaye hain to kaam ke bare ne sochte hain ab.

Gautam and Sudha wished Maan for his success of his trip.

And Handas took their leave and Geet hugged all of them.

Handas settled in the Bus again and Bus left from there.

All came in.

Priya-It was really a nice trip ..My mind got refreshed.

Geet smiled at this .She could see her in laws were happy ..

Suresh brough the tea and they had their morning tea together

Priya asked Suresh about Meena and Suresh informed her that after they left two days ago Meena delivered a BOY. All became happy to hear that. All congratulated him for being father..

Priya-I think I should go to see him and all wanted to see that baby so all left with her . Suresh had occupied a special place in all Khurana's heart after whatever he did for Geet on holi.It was because of him that they all were leading a peaceful life free from taiji and that selfish suman. They reached to the servant quarter where Meena was with her baby. Priya asked Meena if she was fine..She took the baby in her hands.Geet was always fond of kids but she never had seen such a small newly born baby so closely.

Priya after holding the baby for few minutes forwarded it toward the Geet but Geet did not touch-nahin maa ...he is very small..I m scared .agar ise kuchh ho gaya to?agar ye gir gaya mere haath se to chot lag jayegi na isko.

All present there laughed to hear.

Priya-Come on Geet all babies are this small only...when you will have your own baby then how would you handle him.. come hold it.

And Geet's color blew away from her face. She thought in her mind- My baby? That day perhaps never will come in my life

Maan too was shocked to hear his mother. He never thought that his parents were having some expectation from them.His eyes stayed on Geet's face. He could clearly notice a sadness there.He felt bad and his guilt increased more. He cursed this trip in his mind..after seeing the baby they came back to KM and left for their respective rooms as the day was going to be very hectic for all.

Geet's struggle between mind and heart increased after hearing her MIL.Though she knew it well that priya did not say anything intentionally and was joking. But she was little sad.

Geet decided to stay at home as she did not want to go FH She could not sleep well from last two nights so she was feeling little lazy. and now this baby talks disturbed her..

Ram and Maan left for the office..

In Office Maan got busy in collecting all the files and datea related to the trip.In office he got so busy that he forgot everything as work was on prior demand .After finishing with his work in office he left for home to get ready to leave .He asked his PA to meet directly on the airport.

He reached home and went to his room. He was feeling little tired so laid in the bed for few minutes to take rest. He heard Geet's voice-Maan

And he opened his eyes. Geet was standing with the cup of coffee. He sat on the bad with the support of the bed post and took the cup from her. He sipped the coffee-it's nice

Geet-Hmm

She too was sipping her coffee. Maan looked at her she was looking at the cup only while sipping coffee. Maan observed her for some seconds and called her-Geet.

Geet -hmm

Maan-kya hua hai..itni chup kyun ho?

Geet-Kuchh nahin..

Geet looked at him for a moment and again fixed her eyes on the cup only.Maan could feel that she was lost...somewhere he knew the reason but did not want to say anything about that. He did not want to talk about that at the time when time was already short and some matters need time to talk..

Geet-Maan I have packed your bags.. still if you want to check you can..may be you would like to change something.

Maan-No .. I m sure you must have kept everything ..and I only needs clothes..and some daily routine stuff I hope you have kept those things

And Geet nodded..

Maan finished his coffee-Geet I m going to take bath..I think it's time to go..flight me kuchh hi ghante bache hain.

And Geet only hummed at that. Maan entered the wash room to take bath. After the bathe came out of the washroom and he found his clothes on the bed. He smiled and it was first time Geet had taken out the clothes for him to wear. He took them in his hand and caressed those clothes as if they were some unique and special clothes.

He put on those clothes and Geet came there.She saw Maan wearing the clothes of her choice and a smile crept on her lips. She felt good to see him.

Geet-Maan ..Papa is waiting for you? Are you ready?

Maan -Yes..and he looked at Geet -Thanks Geet

Geet looked at him as she did not know why he was thanking him. Maan -For the clothes..and Geet understood -Oh for that ..welcome.

He got ready and there was a knock on the door.Suresh was there with another servant to take the bags of Maan. ..Maan asked them to carry the bags.

Man was ready to leave. Geet was feeling the lumps in her throat . It was not the first time that her husband was going on some outdoor meetings for some days. Yash too used to go on his business trips but she never felt like this.

Maan could not leave without talking to Geet. He came near her. She was looking at the floor. He called her-Geet

Geet looked at him. He saw that her eyes were moist. He held her hand and with other hand he lifted her face-Geet take care of yourself..come back home at time from FH. Jayada late mat hona ..always come back with papa. Don't stay late alone at FH. I don't want you to come alone back.OK?..

Geet nodded her head and said-You too take care Maan and come back soon..Maan looked at her and he could not hold himself. He came near her and cupped her face in his palms

pecked her forehead-I will come back soon.I will try to finish work as soon as possible. Tab tak apna khayaal rakhna.and he wiped her tears

which came out of her eyes after he pecked her head..

It was first time that he was going away for more than one day after his marriage with Geet. So he too was feeling little heavy in his heart.He turned and left to leave .Geet too came down with him. They all had dinner. Maan and Ram were talking about the work .Ram was instructing Maan about some important issues. Priya and Anie were having their dinner normally..For them there business trips were very normal. Geet too was having her dinner but she was eating without uttering a word.They finished their dinner and Maan left after taking the blessings of his mother And Priya wished him good luck for his trip.

Ram and Maan settled in the car. Driver started the car and drove off. Maan could see Geet's reflections in rear view mirror for few moment and soon her face disappeared as car moved ..Car exited from the gate and Priya Anie and geet came in.. Geet was feeling little weak..today her eyes were easily ready to shade tears..She came in to her room . In washroom she cleaned her face and settled on the bed to sleep..
