Since Supernatural is nearing its 200th episode - a huge milestone for the show especially since Eric Kripke spent several years unsuccessfully pitching it before it hit the TV screen - I thought it would be nice to hear how all of you got hooked onto Supernatural!

Please excuse my ignorance here. I was so surprised there was a Supernatural forum on I-F since I thought that it didn't air in India and that if it did, it wouldn't have a large fan following but I'm happy I'm wrong. 😆

For me, it all started when I walked in on my sister watching the show. I was on my regular trek from my room to the kitchen when I saw her watching that episode where Gordon (remember him?) is killed. I thought Dean was a police officer in the way that he was protecting Sam and trying to reason with Gordon.

And then I found out Gordon was a vampire and Dean was a hunter and I was like I need to watch this show. 😆 And I did. Obsessively.

So how did you get hooked onto Supernatural?

spn is aired in India within new episode week only...originally epi air on Tue and on AXN it airs on Fri of same week...check twitter n u will know there r many Indian fans who loves spn..n even HT brunch took an interview of J2 on this ki u have Indian fans too😳

how I get to know about spn'??
it was via my brother...axn was airing spn s3/4 whereas at that time orignal cw was aring s6 ...my bro frnd was a huge spn fan n bro had watched too so wen he saw it on axn..he asked me to watch too😳... and I liked it too much😆...so I started following it on axn...n soon followed spn marathon of s6,7 n finished both season in just 4-5 days so I can watch s8 with orignal all new epi..though I did a lot of research on s1-4 coz wasnt able to watch all epis...

The embarrasing thing is some people think that this forum is for discussing all supernatural stuff like UFOs and aliens etc.

Anyway... Glad that you could join us. I started watching SPN from the time of the 1st season, that scarecrow epi and that reaper epi.. When dean gets electrocuted and is saved by the reaper.

My brother and sister are also SPN fans but my sister stopped watching after season 5 and my brother, like me, had stopped watching after season 7.

I have a friend who's a big SPN fan but she also stopped after season 7 and she's in Alaska so it's kind of hard to discuss it with her; thus, I hope to discuss it with you guys. 😆

Ekta, please go back and watch all of seasons 1-4 - they have the best episodes!

😆 I wouldn't mind discussing and reading about supernatural events either.

Seasons 1 and 2 had some of the best episodes ever. I loved that reaper episode and I also love the wendigo episode. That's classic SPN for you there.

s1-4 r best but have some computer problem...but will start watching previous epis yo enjoy hiatus...I have watched s1-4 ke kuch kuch epis bich bich se

Why... stopped watching after season 5 and 7? 😔 I admit that the epis start sorta becoming the same, but there is something about spn that you will not find in another show.

Take detective stories.. u have a whole bunch of them. Teen drama a whole lot more but angel and demon drama fought by two boys nowhere else. I know thats a weak argument 😆 😳 but these two boys are the reason for making me watch horror again... nahin toh I used to barf at those tacky horror movies.

I love good horror movies! I think that horror aspect was what brought me to this show. When that disappeared and crappy storylines started taking its place, then I really wished the boys would just go on the road and do a case with no strings attached.

Nevertheless, this show is way better than any teen dramas that girls my age watch! 😆

I have recently gotten back into it after watching season 8 and am currently watching season 9.

Hey jaz welcum to the forum nd I agree s1-5 have best episodes ever, Eku u need to go watch them lyk NOW 😆 its really classic spn there😊

Neways cmin to ur ques jaz, fr me it was a boring sunday 2/3 yrs back, i was just sitting in front ov tv flicking lazily through the channels hopin I'd find vampire diaries (s1) on, i had watched just one epi ov it at dt tym nd i lykd it nd wanted 2 watch further but to my utter disappointment it wasnt there...i landed up on axn unintentionally nd spn was on wid back to back epis..i rmr bobby was there the first face i ever saw-and then i saw dean- nd man i cudnt take my eyes off him-i cudnt believe how cn ne1 luv their brother so much...even after sam insulted him,turned him down, pushed him away, he still called nd tried to reach out to him...awww... i cudnt look at anything but dean 😃then i rmr the s4 finale epi ending wid sam setting lucifer free, that was it for me, i immediately opened my laptop searched nd found the links 4 s5 nd started watching it 4m there...at dt tym spn was telecasted only till s7 so during the hiatus i went back nd started watching frm s1😃 after that i became a regular hardcore spn fan 😉 pheww long story but m glad sm1 asked😊
