Rahat and Haya are walking walking towards each other, when the saw each other they remember there meetings, Haya shyly look away and leaves and so does Rahat. However both then turn around, as she looks at him he ask if everything's okay. She then thank him and he leave without saying anything.Rahat help Munisa get something from the top shelf, before she can thank him he goes away. Again while she is knitting, the wollen ball rolls over to Rahat, he give her and left. Haya is gardening when Rahat comes and she shouldn't thank him and he is embarrassed about what happened, he further states that he looked up sign language as he doesn't understand what she's saying. Munisa watches them from afar and thinks Haya trapped her husband not Rahat but she wouldn't let that happen.
Ahil enter Sanam room with her medicine then tells her to take to meds as the doctor prescribed it. He then saw she is sleeping and is unable to take him eyes off her, he tries to wake her up but doesn't understand how to give her the medicine. He then lift her head up, she then reclines on his shoulders. He place the med in her mouth and give her water, then she spills it all. He then wipes it out and put her back to bed.Ahil is asleep in Sanam room and is shocked to see her shivering when he wakes up, he place a blanket over her.All Ahil do is take care of her, even with Latif doing so. When Sanam opens her eyes a bit, he refrain from showing his soft side but then when she close her eyes, he does. As he is about to leave, She clutches him horrified at what happen, she then wakes up asking Ahil not to leave her calling him "Ahil", while he is shocked. She starts to scream and hug him tightly, he also hug her and say he won't leave and ask her to relax as nothing would happen to her, promising her that. He place her on the bed while she sleeps way while he is left with mixed emotions.
Tanveer asks Azhar's parent about Sanam and the will. But they say they haven't found anything, She get frustrated and ask them to keep an eye on Sanam as the will is with her. She warns them if she lose again she won't spare them.Ahil is trying to sleep, remembering Sanam. The phone rings and one of his girlfriends call for him to meet her, but Ahil can't stop thinking about Sanam and looks at his bandaged hand then to the mirror wondering what's happening to him why he hugged Sanam when she needed that hug.
Next day, Ahil hold Sanam face and get shock as she is awake, She gets up while he questioned who did all this. She say she doesn't know. Ahil ask what was she doing in a grave yard. Sanam remembers Badi Ammi telling her not to say anything she then lie saying she want to meet Dilshad and those goons came in the way. He say next time, he would go with her if she needs to go somewhere so late. He blames himself as he her go alone in the first place. Sanam is surprised at him Ahil.
PreCap: Sanam takes the will out of her bag that she hid and thinks Badi Ammi is right. And she should give this paper to someone trustworthy as danger is everywhere. Sanam goes and give someone and tell them she found these papers and think they are the most trustworthy person in this family hence she is giving them.A lawyer then arrive and read out the will while all listen carefully as the lawyer get closer to the name of the person who will have everything Mr.Nawab left.
