Naman and Muskaan are Naitik's Step brother and sister respectively.They both call Akshara Naitik as Didi and Bhaiya which makes them brother sister bt they are husband wife.Naksh calls muskaan and naman as Didi and Bhaiya bt they are his bua and chachu respectively...

some of us in our family call sister-in -law as sister and brother-in-law as brother...😊
