I don't think Dharma would do such a thing. Maybe the agreement did not requir for the singer to be named. Quite possible, coz usually the agreements of usage are different. They did credit the original singer for Disco Deewane coz even her voice was included in the track.

I honestly liked Arijit's version more than Rahat's. Not too well versed in Punjabi so don't know about incorrect pronunciations but his voice sounds more soothing than Rahat's, atleast to me.

No body is pointing fingers on legality of the song, it belong to dharma as they purchased it. But they could simply do the courtesy to credit Rahat for it as he was the sole reason this song is so huge hit n also the reason why K Jo bought it.
