Did surbhi cut her wrist in shooting for a scene???

Guys is there any scene surbhi shooting in which she has to cut her wrist???
Becoz i just saw an article inTelugu magazine saying during shooting dat scene she really cut her wrist and was admitted in hospital!!!

Not sure if she had to go to the hospital. But yes she did injure herself by cutting her wrist during an intense scene. Here is the link to the IF article on it :

Haan yaar. But a scene where she has to cut her wrist shoot hua tha I don't know,
But she did hurt herself that was in the news.
