What if Ayesha is actually Ayesha with the face of pankhuri?

Like she must have had some accident due to which she had to plastic surgery n she got pankhu's face and maybe even ghalib knows about this.. But I know it's dumb but this is a thought that came to my mind..

oh!!!!! maybe!!!! so like first her face was something else and due to plastic surgery she became a look alike of Pankhuri??? That would be a logical thing for them to do if Pankhuri is really dead...it makes sense. however I want the real Pankhuri to be alive still...

If she is really Ayesha then I think this can only be the truth maybe ?
