Dimple mends her broken heart
Maheka of Tumhari Disha forgets boyfriend Samir Bayani and immerses herself in work

Actress Dimple Inamdar, who plays Maheka in Zee's Tumhari Disha and is one of the lead characters in Star One's Remix, has broken up a five-year old relationship with boyfriend Samir Bayani. Bayani is the owner of the Show Stuff event management company.
Inamdar confirmed the news, "We both are no longer together. It was a mutual break-up. We talked things out and decided to go our separate ways. I have moved on now."
As she rewinds the story of the relationship gone sour, Dimple is matter-of-fact, "I met Samir five years ago while doing a fashion show for his company Show Stuff. We had a lot of common friends and we started meeting more often. Eventually we both fell for each other. However, he was not ready to commit to marriage and that was the prime reason for our break-up."
Dimple is feeling better and moving on after the break-up now, "To be very frank, I have had time to nurse my broken heart. I have been busy with my work and have been shooting continuously for Tumhari Disha and Remix for the last three months. I am really enjoying this phase of my career. Had I been sitting at home, I would have been completely broken by now."
She further adds, "I have two shows coming up and have already done a pilot for Sony to be produced by Prime Channel. This untitled show is directed by Ashish Patil and I play a feminist in the show, a woman who works for a magazine and is very career oriented. To add to everything, my track in Tumhari Disha is taking an interesting turn. I am glad that I am part of the show. Also, for the moment I am happy to be enjoying my single status." Clearly the lady is on the mend…and we wish her all the best.
