Exactly! This is the very reason I am losing interest in the show. I have more questions apart from what you already asked:

Why old lady didn't destroy the will and instead safely buried in a burial ground?

How come no dwelling and soil erosion took place in 12 years and the box and will were safe and untouched?

How did Sanam figured out about hidden will based on 3 words clue ( lal diwar, 4 rasthe and Salaluddin) from old lady?

QH1 also had such illogicalities but due to unique story and stellar star cast it was bearable but QH2 story is predictable, except for few most of the cast are below average actors and to top it all we have to deal with their illogical story telling.

Even I thought the same. Sanam could have easily escaped at one point .Afterall she was not at all tied . Instead she screamed to relieve her. As someone had mentioned they could have shown like she tried to escape but was caught again by the gundas and that would have sounded logical.
