Surayya and her hatred!

Up till now I always felt that Surayya's character is very well written. Her reaction when she saw Zubbu & Aaliya in that awkward position was quite justified, in my opinion. I guess it was Aaliya's mistake and she should have been a bit careful when she knew how strict her Maami is. Anyways, now too when she is blaming Aaliya for Osman's condition, I've no issues. As a wife, Surayya's emotions are reasonable. It was her husband who was fighting the matter of life and death. And now it's her husband who has been paralysed. So even if she holds Aaliya responsible for all this, there's no problem. Of course at heart, she is aware that all this is in Allah's hands. He is the one who decides everyone's future. But in such a situation, every human being would hold someone else responsible for one's condition. So Surayya accusing Aaliya makes sense 😊 But yeah her hatred for Bhopal doesn't make sense 😡 I wonder if there's even some bigger secret than bawdi. Maybe Surayya had another son named 'Farhan' whom Ghulam Sahab ka some lost beta kidnapped many years ago near a lake, so she still hates Bhopal 😛😆 Now she knows all about Bawdi secret, Bobby & Mir Khan are in jail but still she hates Bhopalis & Bhopal... senseless Maami 🤢

Of course when i see her as Aaliya's Mammi, I hate her 😛 But she is quite justified of her actions when it comes to being Surayya Osman Abdullah 😃

P.S. For the very first time, I watched the episode at 9:00 pm, so i couldn't stop myself from making some post 😛

I disagree... where was suraiya's strictness when 1 son had a relationship with shazia (employee in his hotel) whilst being married 2 nafeesa, while the other son was drinking alcohol and had numerous girlfriends. the point is, if u are going to be strict, be strict all round, not jus with ur daughter in laws - that's jus plain bias. bet u had the role been reverse n zain was seen close to a female cousin, she'd never have reacted the way she did with aaliya-zubair. plus the abdullahs are not a conservative family - they are quite modern but all of a sudden suraiya developed a narrow thought when it came to aaliya-zubair which was disappointing to see. they are close - but not every close cousin is having an affair

I never thought that 😛 I think CVs should take a notice of how they portraying Suraiya's character. At times, it gets difficult for me to analyse her personality. Actually Suariya's personality is already very weak, in my opinion. That's why even a girl like Bobby could make her belive in something entirely different form reality. And she easily belived her. I think this is quite realistic.. such women do not care of what their own sons are doing yet they keep an eye on their daughter in laws! Of course a woman like her needs lame excuses to blame Aaliya and when she saw her & Zubbu on the bed, she made a fuss about it 😡

with regards to suraiya blaming aaliya - I understand she's not in the right state of mind, but if she wants 2 blame aaliya for usman's accident, she ought to accept blame from aaliya for zain's accident by rocky - becos suraiya was the reason behind it indirectly. had she not given the sheets 2 aaliya to wash, zain wouldn't have taken them 2 the laundry and nor would his accident have taken place. so in all fairness, suri caused aaliya's hubby's accident n vice versa - so tht settles the scores. 😆 Hahhaha! on serious note, while I understand the emotion she's going through, I cant help but think the woman just looks for any and every opportunity to blame aaliya that its getting annoying now. its as though every wrong is aaliya's fault which is stupid

True! There's no way this woman is going to change when it comes to treating Aaliya 😭

She hates bhopali's because she doesn't like Zubair he is a threat to her son and also will be a suspect for Osman's accident.
She doesn't like Shabana because of her lower class, Osman saab give's his sister too much attention (stupid reason), whenever Zain goes to Bhopal he lands up in some trouble (his own fault), doesn't like Ghulam because he is Mir Khan's brother killed Barkat and brought Bobby into their lives.

I agree with Yuvika, Surraiya just looks for reasons to hate Aaliya and Bhopalis. She's the type of person that would blame another without a second thought but she'll ever acknowledge or even see her own mistake.

I mean look at what happened with Bobby, did Surraiya acknowledge that all this time Aaliya was just trying to protect their family by suspecting on her? NOPE!

And believe it or not, it's really sad that there are people like this in this world. Their hatred and negativity are unjustified and let me tell you no matter what you do and how much you try, their thinking never changes. And I'm talking from personal experience.

Let's see how Surraiya's character will evolve down the road..although I think something big will have to happen to make this woman change otherwise she's the type who doesn't conform to changes be it relationships or life.

Well said. the only thing that could make her change was real barkat...but she's dead so I doubt suraiya will change ...the day she does is the day the show will end.

So true! I feel no matter what Aaliya does good or bad she will always find some reason to despise this girl and I am sure she is going to use this situation to her advantage. Suraiya will stop at nothing to instigate Zain against Aaliya with Zubair being accused of his accident, but she cannot be shown being successful.
