I think here's how things might proceed...

Toshi has told Simmi that Param has misused the mobile phone she bought for him in Raman's name...Simmi won't accept any wrongdoing on Param's part but it will hurt her to know that her brother was affected by that ...

Ishita and Raman won't be able to prove Param's involvement in Amma's accident because of lack of proof so he won't be imprisoned..

Now Param has got hold of the baby product file - Now here's where my assumption of the track comes up...

Maybe the baby product that Raman's company is dealing with is Baby formula ..Param and Ashok have acquired some info in the file and they will do something to adulterate the baby formula ..

The formula sold in the markets will cause many babies who drink it to fall sick ..

Investigation will lead to arrest of CEO of the company that makes the formula - Raman Bhalla.

Raman will be in jail ..Ishita will now work toward proving his innocence ...In the process it will finally dawn on Simmi that she had handed over the baby product file to Param ...He had lied to her saying he was asking for the file to save Raman but instead he has done just the opposite ...So she will now join hands with Ishita and expose Param ...and that's how Param track might end (at leat for a while) and Simmi will finally accept the reality??..
