Which airline is this?

I've flied with some of the cheapest airlines, and they've never lost my luggage nor have I ever faced delays. 😆 It's just these big companies, heard storied about British Airways, Qantas and Hawaiian Airlines losing luggage and delaying flights.

British Airways is the worst though I'm speaking from experience. Rather spend a bit more money and use a decent airline than go through all that torture
