how come a de facto complainant engage a private advocate to prove d case of d prosecution?? isnt d state which engages prosecution advocate to establish d charges against d accused??

this is a different issue..when she can say that without marriage certificate, your marriage is illegal, and I will file a rape case, what else do u expect from such a lawyer? Like jr madhu, she lives in a world of her own...

they shud know...
1- blood test etc happens to know whether actually it happened or not
2- zaleele dono side se hoti hai
3- there is death sentence to a rapist in only highly damage cases

criminal jurisprudence is being portrayed in an incorrect way!!

v being youth with good edu. qualification shld not support this kind of show instead protest. media is a means of communication which connects with 1000's & 1000's of people, any wrg info conveyed through mass media is unhealthy to d society therefore prior research is required without which such issues shld not be dealt with!!

And morever all these days crime against women are so much sensitive topic so i do try to keep myself updatted about it..
