What is happening in this video?

Well, Aahil Razaa Ibrahim (Karanvir Bohra) has been accosted by media and while Sanam Ahmed Khan (Surbhi Jyoti) is on her own agenda to ask him a few questions herself, there is a mediator Rehaan Razaa Ibrahim (Shehzad Shaikh). The photograph that was supposed her but obviously not her is what happened in the scene.
