She probably runs out of breath when she talks because she's overweight or doesn't exercise. I have the same problem when I don't exercise for a day or two..but when I get back to working out..am fine.

I also notice she sweats a lot not in this video..but in some promotion pics ..that also has to do with being overweight.

No don't think she does. It's got to do with her weight.

I used to be very thin , smoke a lot yet I never found myself out of breath.. Think it's the weight.
