Mansi was wrong to tell Pari. That is Anitika's personal business and if she does not want to tell Naren that is HER right. And Anitika needs to stop pretending she wants to keep the baby for ethical reasons but because she loves Naren and wants his kid. OF course we will see the typical desi backlash of she kept the kid to milk Naren for money in the future and she will be seen as a cunning woman...EK does what she needs to do to make her jodis happen...
Pari will be a ruined character made to look selfish and bitter and Naren will leave her as a result. A better story would have been to have Pari mature and realize she was no longer in love with Naren - that he was boring and that she really liked another guy...I would have much rather seen a friendshi develop between her and the other guy...and then, as she gets to marry Naren, realize she much rather prefer the friendship with the other guy and that it is not Naren she wants...and then how to get out of the relationship...why does EK ruin characters to make other characters look better - especially when they are not that great to begin with - or completely unbelievable..

I agree . Everyone in EK's show is either too good or too bad. No normal creatures. Ankita is so much in love with Naren that she does not wants Naren to know about it but what about the kid ? bullshit. And if Mansi had to tell someone , Pari certainly was a bad choice.

Stupidity all around.

I don't understand how Pari who was so against coming between Ankita & Naren is all the sudden so obessessd with the basket of crazy guy. Ankita who was so righteous and all about the right thing all the sudden decides she should scarfice Naren for Pari with a lie for THEIR happiness but them still takes the job in Narens office. Like wth? Are there no other companies to work with? Who does Narens company do bussiness with? If she is so qualified - she can work anywhere. And then Naren was so in love with his Ahana and now that Ahana is there, he ignores her or leaves room for Pari to feel insecure.

All crazy people.

Sometimes I do not know why I continue to watch this nonsense...it's like a bad relationship - it started off well but you cannot let go of it because you have had too much history! 😆 I agree with you...it is extremes of character...can't her writers think of a more creative way to get Pari out of her relationship with Naren without making Pari look bad? It Anitka's character not good enough that they had to make it look better by making Pari look bad? Sad.

I completely agree; EK had no other way to get the characters together...and what makes no sense is Anitka is the best employee in the whole company? the girl just graduated!!! how can you run a company if your staff are that stupid? That's what makes the whole show look stupid. We don't even know what kind of company he has - if it is is software company or a mobile company?

No creativity...and I am dumb enough to watch her show...

While it is Ankita personal business, it is not her right to keep a child from their father. The father who was involved in the making of the child has a right to know about the child. As the child has a right to know about his/her father. And Pari, who is about to be married to this guy has a right to know that he has a kid. And Ankita is a hypocrite. If it is her personal buisness that she is pregnant, then it is Mansi personal buisness to know about the DNA testing switch. If Ankita does not tell Mansi that, then she has no right to complain about Mansi telling about Pari.

Good arguments...but since it is her body and he is the one going to carry the baby, then it is her right to decide if she is going to keep it. while Naren donated his sperm, I believe that since the woman carries the baby, her right trumps his right to know...plus she doesn't want anything from him...and it would ruin Pari's chances with Naren hence the reason she does not want to tell him.

And when she gives birth to the baby, what happens then? It is no longer in her body and considered a child, an independent being in its own right. So does Naren have a right to know then, as the child does about its father. And in a relationship, especially marriages men are not just sperm donors. They are an equal participant in a relationship and just bc biololy does not allow men to carry a child, does not mean they lose the right to the child. That is reverse sexism. It would be like penalizing women for being pregnant. And if the reasoning is that her rights trump his bc she is carrying it, surrogate mothers can make decsions on behalf of the child simply bc the men and women only donated the egg and sperm. She is the one carrying it. Ankita reason for not telling him hurts her child at the expense of woman who would totally step back if she knew the truth about the relationship. Her reason is beyong stupid and so annoyingly Mahan. Why' does Ekta ruin every character that Ankita Lokhande plays???????

When the child is 18 years old, then it is up to the mother to decide if she wants to tell her child...in essence I think the child has the right to know who his/her parents are but unfortunately even good people don't support that - i knew a girl who was a child that Mother Teresa had adopted out and she did not agree that she has a right to know her birth parents or keep in touch with them. Your arguments are good and i am inclined to agree with you. Unfortunately, the tragic case is she loves him and wants to have a part of him - the child - at least I would like to believe that is the reason why she wants this child. I would loath the argument she kept it because she was simply against abortion...hence the reason she kept the child. I'd like to think she did it because she loved him and loved the child.

I would respect her more if she would have found a way to hide the pregnancy and ensure her family did the same, then try to get Mansi and Shashank to adopt it.

Going by the content of your post, shouldnt purvi also had aborted the child ? She had done a much more sinful act and the child she was carrying was an ILLEGITIMATE one. Actually speaking if purvi would had aborted the illegitimate pari right on time then ankita's life wouldnt had been a mess today.

What sin? Having pre-marital sex with someone is not a sin and neither is giving birth to an illegitimate child. i do not see these as reasons to have an abortion as long as the child is wanted by the mother. My argument is that Anitka should have a valid reason for keeping the child that woudl be more fitting with her character and the storyline - that she loved the child and loved Naren and wanted to keep it because the child was a part of the relationship, of a man she loved. She kept is because she loved him and it was a part of him...that's more romantic and touching than if she said she just didn't believe in abortion.

And Antikha's life is in a mess because of circumstances - NOT Pari...
