Khamma Ghani peoples! 😃During my teenage years, I used to be a huge anime/manga fan. I have read more manga than I can remember... And I have seen so many anime series that it cost me my social life in college.
But why was I addicted to them?
As always, because of the story.
Because a good story, always demands audience.
The problem that I have had in any typical Indian drama, is that the vamp is so completely black, it just puts me off.
Why is a person so evil?
Nobody is born evil.
So, something must have happened. Something should have hammered that notion inside their head that this is how you get things. And these are the things that you want.
Something must always be a cause for a person or a character to behave a certain way.
In my eyes, if you tell me why a character is how they are, I will happily watch them be evil. I will even enjoy it. Because, well, it is the NATURE of the character now to behave in this way.
And no... I don't want redemption... All I want is a brilliant story to watch.
That is what Mohini gave me tonight.
I think I chanted more "I love yous" to her than is considered healthy.
And though she maybe faking half of her hurt, as some people may say, or be wary of her... I don't mind if she is.
She is a person. She is ruled by her inferiority complex. She is ruled by her insecurities.
And what is so wrong with that? Aren't 1 out of 3 people we meet plagued by their own insecurities?
Don't our judgments get shadowed by our own shortcomings? Yes, maybe we sometimes clean up our act.
And maybe some don't.
It is alright to be downright evil, as she said. She knows she is.
But the woman has a reason to be evil.
So, lets let her be.
P.S.: In no way am I justifying her character. I will accept the fact that I have loved her since her entry, but that is it.
P.P.S: I am actually happy that I am getting a meaty story. I don't mind a bit lesser PaRud sequences. Cuz even though they are less, at least there is no BD. I will take these few seconds over a ganda sa bhadda sa BD wala scene anyday!
