"There is some relation between she and Suresh which projects this father's image in a bad light" pretty much sums up the article on IF

Umm no,

the way he treats his kids shows him as an unfit father. He doesn't correct his youngest son, whereas makes his daughter work like a pig and makes her ignore her husband and daughter. Also, he taunts his oldest son which diminishes his confidence level! ]

Let me make this clear: His affair makes him a bad husband, not a bad father.

I think it makes him a bad husband first and foremost but it also adds to being a bad parent. He is setting a bad example for his children on top of everything else he has done wrong as a parent!

well I agree 30% here and disagree fro 70%, having affair is not being a bad parent, but what example are you setting for your kids?

Just supporting and motivating his eldest son, teaching his daughter the value of personal life and showing her how to manage both of them, being strict with his youngest son and showing him the right path will make him a good father no doubt, but again after all this having an affair, cheating on his wife and his kids, even that reflects on him as a parent just because he is a parent.

Kids look up to their parents for everything, atleast I do, so having an affir, two timing two women and cheating on them reflects on his character which inturn reflects on his being a bad parent for setting a wrong example.He dint just cheat 2 women, he cheated on his kids, his mother too.

But then again for the rest 30% his kids are all grown up by the time they will know about his dual fraud identity so they are smart enough to take the good things from him and dump up the bad qualities.

You are right. I guess I didn't write it clearly. I am not justifying having an affair, I am just saying that his affair does not make him a bad parent, it is because of the way he treats his kids that he is classified as a bad parent, first and foremost. His affair is cherry on top, but not the entire reason. In my opinion, that article was not well written/clear enough.
