hi folks!

after much anticipation of a high action packed drama i started watching the episode but to my surprise the outcome was so unexpected! should i say i liked it or should i say it was unrealistic! how can one wife protect the other in a polygamy status where they all are hungry of their husband's attention and jealousy is bound to pollute their good thinking of each other!

things like this are possible..this can happen..i have seen women breaking homes and i have seen women making homes..if someone keeps the relations in harmony and united its the woman of the house..none else can play that role..i have seen my mother and my grand mother play the roles of a buffer when it comes to absorbing their husband's wrath resulting in peace, harmony, and a united house in the end!

what jodha did for ruk jalal would not have even thought of such a thing..its a woman that understands other woman's pain..its a woman that understands the delicacy of the situation and the depth of relations..and above all its a woman that understands her husband more than anyone can...jodha knew of jalal's anger and she also knew that he can take a drastic step because the situation was such..i was bowled over by two scenarios...

-first, the way jodha stopped jalal by asking what was bothering him, and he wanted to be alone but she insisted that she did not submit herself to him to leave him alone when in need or in crisis which symbolizes that jodha is here to stay and she will be with jalal through thick and thin ..in health and in sickness..in happiness and in sorrow...

-second. when she made him realize that ruk also loves him and wants his attention by hook or by crook and loving someone and wanting someone's company is no sin..and then she makes him look into his inner self and see that hasn't he neglected his best friend and first wife since he found his dil and his love in jodha...! this symbolizes the fact that a woman can only understand the other woman better than a man can ever think of!

woman are the home makers and in this episode that is what exactly jodha did..she played her part well..salima had been a good adviser and a home maker as well who has been mending relations whenever needed..so has hamida..rukkaya on the other hand had also taken care of jalal's begum's and concubines and also a few times had opened jalal's eyes about jodha in mc case and in suicide one, although she is grey but she too has played her part in home making to some extent!

at the end i was quite satisfied with the episode and touched with ruqlal scene where jalal tells her that she is important to her and that she does not have to play foul games to attract his attention, she has the right to come to him when in trouble..!..this will be worst than giving a harsh punishment because it will make her realize what she has done..kuch thappar bin awaaz parte hain lekin unka asar awaaz waalon se kahin gehra hota hai...

Mandy, I am not surprised with Jodha's behaviour at all, she was never the one to punish anyone, but when I think of it, the reason she forgave BB and Shariffuddin was because they tried to harm Jodha and not her husband, and Ruq's lies hurt Jalal, so didn't she deserve any kind of punishment? Atleast he should have taken his anger and hurt out at Ruq? I m completely ok and I liked that he did not make this issue public, but Jodha wanted him to forgive her? Wasn't it too Unrealistic? Couldn't cv's show some reality here? I could feel that Jalal was controlling his anger and when he put his hand on Ruq's head to console her and again at the end while leaving her hojra, his emotions were mixture of hurt, hate, anger and guilt, but the moment he was back to Jodha's hojra, he was hurt and guilty? I didn't see anger or hate. And Jodha did not treat him like a wife, it was more like a teacher and mother when she held him. The way she holds him by his shoulder makes me whack both of them.
I really wanted a bit of realistic reactions here, not melodramatic, ever forgiving mahan act was not nice.

I completely agree with you and again I might be the very few who liked the episode.
For the first time ever, I thought Jo was very sensible in her statements and she handled her husband like a true wife. It is very hard thing to do..but very few people in this generation can do and think like that.

to tell u honestly silent treatment is the best punishment u can give someone. Especially for people like RUks it works..Just because Jalal kept quiet does not mean he has completely forgiven ruks. Ruks and Jalal relation ship can never be the same again. Ruks has lost it here as well as she cannot bear any kids. What more punishment does a person need. She is going to burn in her own guilt

Sindhi, I really want to wait and watch if Jalal keeps silent or because of Jodha he tries to spend time with her and makes her feel better. When he was in Ruq's hojra I felt he will keep silence with her, but when he was back in Jodha's hojra and thanked her for saving his childhood friendship doesn't make me feel that he will do that, I feel he will atleast try to be normal with her.

After Divyam's post, yours is also echoing my sentiments. It is true that Jodha has become 'mahaan' but, I felt good for Jalal's 'badappan' to Ruqaiyya even though for him it was 'gunah'.
Liked how you said only a woman can understand another woman. Just a couple of weeks back, Jodha had went thru her own jealousy seeing Jalal kissing Ruq. Looking back, I actually liked the way CVs handled by giving us an anti climax by reinforcing "everything is fair in love and war" 😆

Like Divyam too asks, will Ruq change herself from now.? It can go both ways either she shall genuinely change for the better or go down the drain by conspiring against Jodha, again. Let's see, am sure CVs will keep us guessing when Jodha really gets pregnant. That's going to be intriguing, if CVs are going to take the historical route where, Ruq was probably sidelined by Jalal for sometime or, are they going to continue her vampish character.

The couplet you used at last is wonderful. Wah..Wah..wah 👏 Very true... Making the opposite person feel guilty can be the worst punishment for a good hearted person. Let's see what Ruqs does, coz am sure she is aware of the cracks in her relationship with Jalal.

i agree, jodha was acting more like a mother and a teacher than a wife..and whats up with holding the shoulders😲..i in fact liked ruqlal scenes more..they were more realistic and they both looked more like a couple..do not know where the fault is..but akhda need to look more like a couple!

jalal realized that he had been ignoring ruq...that is why the guilt..and he was more hurt than angry because the dream of being a father was shattered in such a way!..jodha played a role of a buffer in easing things out because she knew that ruk is an important part of his life and his first wife..although she has hurt him but jodha also knew that jalal will hurt himself more for punishing ruk..and what worst punishment can ruk get than a silent slap and a guilt laden conscious that will chew her up!
