Bollywood has technology to blame for killing so many possible plots, packed with drama and emotion. These five films from the Nineties would have been made very differently if its dramatis personae had been equipped with mobile phones and Internet connections. Minimal Bollywood Posters posted these awesome plot-killers on their Facebook page. Here's the real reason why '90s Bollywood died.

No need to trip down a flight of stairs to your death while running to answer the phone when you can just have an SMS conversation with your husband. Oh, and tell him that your sister is dating his brother via text instead of depending on a letter delivered at the last possible moment by the family pet.

All Nandini would have to do to find out in which corner of the world Prem was lurking, was ask.



Raja Babu
A spot of e-snooping and Madhu wouldn't have to wait the duration of a film to find out that the suave, slick man she meets is actually a country bumpkin.



Aa Ab Laut Chalen
Wikipedia would save Rohan the price of a plane ticket to USA. Of course, no love story with Pooja either - but that may not be entirely a bad thing.
