when ever i wacth td for updating-yes i watch td just for updating.but when i watch td i never know how to react whether to laugh or cry.

i have become unfit to diferentiate between romantic hot scenes and down market scenes!🤢

but one thing i can do very well is to criticise td without a second thought!😡

Hey twine, I agree with everything you say here.

I just want to share something that in Zee UK we have a programme called Zee and U where they answers questions asked by the viewers. Every week different viewers asks the host why Zee serials are so unrealistic and illogical and every week the host gives the same reply that all the serials, including TD are made only after doing a lot of research and knowing the interest of people living in India (because it is here they have the highest viewership) and what they wants to see. We who are living in West wants to see the reality but the majority of people living in India wants to see only dramas, emotions and fantasy and they are not interested in seeing the reality. Every time Zee has made a serial which is based on reality it does not gets popular and is a big flop.

I notice twine that you who live in India and the other members who are from India on this forum shares the same views as us and I dont know how true it is that the viewers in india really only wants to see unrealistic, illogical dramas on the shows or if it is just an easy escape from Zee administration to put the whole blame on Indian viewership.

TV serials are generally aimed for the stay-at-home types, most of whom will never step outside their boundaries. Maybe they accept what is being shown on TV because it is different from their way of life and they imagine this is how the rest of the world lives. 😕 Zee researchers probably go and talk to this group & never even venture to talk to anyone else 😡 - playing it safe because they don't have to think too hard for the next story!!

More than the unrealistic plots what I really hate is the way moral, legal and generally normal issues in life are shown 🤢 🤢

Well said Mayaji,our indians ( especially elders )dont catch the illogical things happening in serials so these zee ppl making cash out of it n they r benefitted by it.They dont even care of our emotions 😡

Maya, they take a survey of very few people and then portray that as the views of the general public. Otherwise imagine anybody liking such a serial or for that matter any serials. All of them lose their charm after a certain time.

Agree with u Twine, it is indeed a torture to watch TD and even I don't watch it anymore but like to read the updates just in hope that one day something good will happend.
Although don't think so that it's gona happen soon😭

I don't think anyone (no matter where the person is) wants to watch this kind of illogical dramas but unfortunately thats all thats out there.. maybe someday these producers/writers will get the hint that the audience is too smart for the nonsense they try to force on us.....
