Yesterday I went for a medical camp to a remote village in Gujarat..After finishing the medical checkup of all the village people. we were given a task to explain people about many things like HIV, Precautions during intercourse, The aspects of pregnancy etc etc..

I am not from India but belong to UK so my english is british and I had to interact with them in gujarati..I do knw how to speak it but not perfect I can struggle with it..I started talking and it was gujlish..Everyone was lyk

No one understood anything so I just handed the task to my partner tired of embarassing myself..In one of the houses I tried again but she was bafffled and I gave up

I started smiling suddenly and the lady noticed she came to me and asked why was i smiling? I started talking in hindi wid rudra accent..She was delighted and we randomly started talking about Rangrasiya me in my version and she was talking in her version..And she told me not to kill her Rudra's language by speaking it..I was so shocked..

I started changing the calendar it was the month of february and she stopped me..I asked why? She smiled and said tht because this gives her happiness and immense pleasure..She wakes up everyday looking at that and it made her even forget her worries.She changes it wen she wants to check the when needed but doesnt change the month of february...I was so confused..Her hubby came home then and she introduced him to me saying luk how i got him to go get a moonchiya from the city's saloon..

Then she kinda got emotional because she had sum complications in her first pregnancy because of which she was unable to conceive again...I reassured her that there are ways to be pregnant again and her eyes lit up wid happiness..ahh the feels..

I was absolutely overwhelmed ...Both of them told me how their entire village sits at 9:30 to watch RR everyday without fail in the one Tv they had..Their strength was of about 25..

And when I was returning home I kept on smiling thinking about it throughout the journey..
