Yes... childhood affects people's behaviour and responses... their approach towards life and people but my question is uptill what limit can one completely blame certain person's childhood to defend their behavior? Isn't there a limit to one's absurdity and insecurity? Shouldn't there be some maturity and growth in the person's attitude once things start settling down around them?

To be honest, had it been another family, had it not been Ratan, Veera and Chaiji... had it been Bansuri, Gunjan would have never received a second chance after all the antics she did in the past. I am not saying one mistake defines a person but it surely hinders the trustworthiness of the individual. She was the one who kept creating a mess then so I guess the onus to make it upto them falls on her not the other way round. But has she ever tried to include herself as a family unit? Has she ever tried to understand the bond each one of the family member shares? If Gunjan considered herself a part of the family she would have volunteered to help Veera or even would have shared her plans instead of planning a separate party altogether. She was the one who tried to alienate herself and Ranvi.

Gunjan have hardly tried to be mend her equations with Veera even after knowing what Veera means to her husband though Veera did make efforts from her end. For Gunjan its I, Me, Myself and never 'OURS'.

Yes... A wife does needs husband's attention... that's her right but honestly I have never seen any of the house ladies stepping on the line or trying to interfere between husband and wife. As MrDarcyfan said, when a man or a woman gets married, they sure make a new family but that certainly doesn't mean that they leave the rest out.

Gunjan has been a witness to Ranveera bond... she knows Ranvi is a parent figure for Veera... how does she expect that to be dissolved is beyond me. There are few who would comment that this was Ranvi's first birthday after marriage but why forget, this is Ranvi's first birthday after the Ratan-Veera union too... the family has become one in true sense and Veera who has been studying away might have not been here for Ranvi's birthdays all these years... So much have happened in their lives... shouldn't Gunjan consider all of these too?

I agree. Gunjan should understand & not be jealous at all. The family tried to bring Gunjan in with their ideas, but it was Gunjan who refused. She needs to learn to share!

I may not support the above criticisms but just putting one point forward...

What's the harm/wrong thing if Gunjan (even bluntly) asks extra time in Ranvi's life???

Veera and Ranvi share a special bond. Ranvi is like a parent figure to her. But how can he expect Gunjan to understand all this?? A normal woman expects that in the initial days of marriage his husband would go gaga over her would spent more and more time with her, which clearly Ranvi (unintentionally) is not doing.

Talking about the childhood bond Veera-Ranvi shares, I see no harm if they have to modify their relationship in order to adjust Gunjan's feelings. And its not a big ask, every family does this. After marriage old relationships need to be modified in order to go smooth.

Gunjan has come from different house. Yes she has done mistakes in past but now she is doing everything to make up for that by being a dutiful daughter in law and wife. Its the responsibility of Ranvi to see what all things make Gunjan uncomfortable..

I think in the coming episodes they'll give extra affection to Gunjan which will make Gunjan to understand the family and slowly she'll also be one of them..
