Abhi Oh Abhi
The tall, dark, handsome rock star.
The guy carries an emotional and impulsive heart inside that muscular body.
And he can do anything for his near and dear ones.
I know we are upset at his physical gesture to his friend. It was not nice to see him beating up Purab. But Abhi was hurting. It was so obvious in his eyes.
It was about the trust that he had in Purab. Purab was always there for him. And he trusted him blindly. When Purab promised that he will marry his sister, he took his word for it. That's why Abhi was in denial initially. He thought Purab would never do something against him. Well, Purab is tied up with love. That's a different matter. But Abhi counted every little thing Purab did for him so far. They meant a lot to him. He not only counted them but also counted on them. Purab hardly had any words to say. Because Purab knew he wronged his friend although he didn't really wrong by falling in love. Alas! But their friendship can't break like this. Time will come when there will be apologies and cheer ups.
Purab is not the only one to break Abhi's trust these days. His girlfriend did that too. She was not sure about marrying him. He was in a tricky situation where he is forced to get married and settle down. His girlfriend didn't get it. Abhi didn't take it easy.
His adored Daadi has been using the love he has for her to force him to do things he doesn't want to. Although we can trust Daadi for her choices, it's not fair that she uses her ill health to get Abhi do what she wants.
But the worst for Abhi is in the form of his sister. How manipulative is she! She had the guts to make a well meaning brother feel guilty. He chose Purab for her because he believed he is the best man he can find. But she used that to blame Abhi for her loss. She takes full advantage of the hurt Abhi was in due to Purab to make him feel worse and then get him to marry Purab's supposed girlfriend.
So the three people that matter to Abhi the most (Daadi, Aaliyah, Purab) have messed with him in their own ways. And there are others (the girlfriend, uncles and aunties and cousins) who are around him for his money, fame or whatever- but not really there for him.
So, things are not hunky-dory for the hunk. Now he needs to marry Daadi's favorite girl, and he needs to save Purab from his money greedy girl so that he is free for his sister! The girl also happens to be the same Pragya who has bothered him more than often.
Abhi Oh Abhi. The rockstar is in a mess now. The only good thing in his life seems to be the fact that his stars are aligned and a heartbroken, but full of heart star will come to his life.
